Needed a part replaced on my garage door. Precision came out the next morning and did an inspection of the door. Found springs to be worn, as well as cable drums. Showed me the worn parts, no high pressured sales. I checked prices with other providers and Precision was in line price-wise. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I'd use them again.

Kevin was my GD tech today...he gave me options that were well explained and reasonable. I expected the numbers to be much higher so I was pleased with pricing options. Today I selected the least $$ just to get the absolute necessary fixes in but will be calling in a few months to "finish the job". Mike F did a fantastic job. Very friendly and courteous. Same Day service. Went over all that was needing attention and gave me three different options to choose from. (door is 30 years old) Once diagnosed repair was done in less than an hour. He even blew all the leaves out of my garage when done!

Kevin conducted warranty work for a broken spring. The lifetime warranty we received 10 years ago was honored without hesitation! Kevin called ahead and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window we were given. As he conducted his work Kevin explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Upon completion Kevin made sure he had not dropped anything and made sure the area was clean. Our garage door is back in operation and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision and Kevin especially. Kevin was very friendly and informative and a true professional in every way. My rating for Precision and Kevin is 6 Stars as they totally exceeded expectations!!!!! I will always call Precision for any garage door work!!!

Everything went great Tyler showed me exactly what was wrong and it was very clear that those parts needed to be replaced. Tyler gave me three options to do repairs. I chose the 660.00 option. I assumed in that quote that would be the sub total plus the gas charge of 15.00. Which would be 675.00. We agreed on the free service charge with the coupon I gave him and the new sub total should be 610.00 plus tax. I spoke with someone who handles the bills, she tried to explain the bill to me but I still couldn’t get past the simple math. The bills are confusing. A simpler way of doing it would be better. If the quote I was given didn’t include the trip fee it should have been explained to me. All was resolved. I would still refer your company to friends and family.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I called in the morning and the operator told me he would send out Kevin between 12 and 3. Sure enough, at 12:30 Kevin called and arrived shortly thereafter. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or courteous technician. He inspected the door and the motor and confirmed my opinion that it needed to be replaced. He also showed me wear on my door mechanics that could potentially be a problem. We discussed a number of options and once I had decided what I wanted, he went right to work. When he finished, he not only went over the work and made sure I understood each part that was replaced and how it functioned, but he even swept the garage clean of the leaves that had blown in! I was very happy with his professionalism and his obvious attention to detail.

Precision has been my choice for all garage door needs for years. You all provide quality products and service. You arrive when you say you’re going to. And you’ve always had everything in the work vehicle that was needed. This time, what I thought was wrong was the electronic eye bcs the door wouldn’t shut. I chose Precision because of an ad I saw advertising free service call. I was looking to replace the sensors on 2 garage doors. Ben the tech- very nice and knowledgeable told me I would have to replace both units because the base unit was too old. Fine not what I was looking to do but I understood until he quoted me over $900 for 2 units. My friend just had hers replaced for $350. When I told Ben I would think about it He said that would be $80 for the service call. My free coupon only works if you get a repair. It took less than 15 mins. Needless to say I have called a few other companies and the going rate is $340-$350 no service fee

I had already called a different company who was not able to come out until the next day and my existing opener had failed so I needed someone today. I then tried Precision and they were able to send someone that day. The service technician was Mike. He did a great job. He inspected my existing opener and door. The existing opener needed to be replaced so he removed the old unit and track and installed the new one. He was very professional and courteous, a true first class job. I would definitely use Precision Door again.

Well lets start this off it's july 13 not my day for anything to go bad . yeah right at 3:30 in this morning I was ready to go to work when I open my garage door it only open about to inches . then I looked at the springs and the guide wires was broke so I called and talked to a lady and she said I can have someone out there by noon great well I was at work and my wife was home to let Joel to look it over and he him self said the springs was broke I told Joel fix it with new springs and new guide wires and had the job done in a hour .not bad so Joel told my wife I have a 10 year warranty I would not give Joel a five star but a 10 star he was in and out . great job by Joel and his partner
