The technicians came to my home to repair a door that would sometimes go down and sometimes not. I called late that morning and was given a window for them to arrive that afternoon. They came at the start of the appointment window. They were very polite and explained possible issues with the door. I was given some options for the repair. After my decision they did the repair in promptly. I really could not be happier with either the response for an appointment, the service personnel or the actual work that they did.

Josh Brewer was very professional, helpful and explained everything thoroughly that needed to be done to my garage door and door opener. I was pleasantly surprised that after explaining to me what needed to done, he could do it right then without having to come back. He gave me pricing options that I could choose from. The garage door opener, new key pad and remotes are working great now.

We had a spring break for our garage door. We called Precision and they arrived about 4 hours later and totally fixed our problem. Kevin U. was excellent, professional, and VERY knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again! Very reasonable pricing, too!

I was very pleased with the quick service and scheduling of my door replacement. I was even more impressed and happy with the technician , Justin, that came to do the install. He was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and neatly, cleaning up after the install very nicely. He did however have to return to replace a piece of trim that had cracked (free of charge) on the original install and work quickly and professionally. Had two new doors installed, installation technician called ahead and was on time. Gave me a time frame, for the work, and was ahead of schedule. Kept me informed of the installation progress and was nice enough to include me on straps and handle placement. Final inspection and operation of doors, Technician found a small dent in the door. A picture was taken and a new panel was ordered. Only great companies do this, I highly recommend this company and will use for all my overhead door needs.

The Precision Technician was very friendly and professional. He went over all options to repair or replace the door. He was able to answer all my questions and give me the estimates. He also explained to me that the springs and seal trim around the door is included which was a surprise. I look forward to having the new door installed which I was able to select a color to match the siding of the house, which also surprised me. Thank you Nick for getting the door working again until the new door is installed.

We had a great experience with Precision. Our technician, Kevin, was prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He helped us set everything up with our vehicles and walked us through everything.
