Came out same day as my request. Tony D. got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time on a very hot day. Communication was clear and questions were answered. 10/10 would recommend this service. I had to call PGD back due to a new issue I had with my door after service. They were quick to send someone out the following day. Royal arrived on time and quickly helped diagnose the issue. Come to find out, a certain component had been installed incorrectly (back in 2014) and this was causing the issue with my door when it was raised. The issue had nothing to do with the previous tech. Royal re-installed the trouble piece the correct way and the issue has been resolved. I'm very thankful he came out to assist with this issue on a Saturday.

It was late Friday night when our garage door jumped the tracks, resulting in a skewed door and some ruined hardware. I called Precision hoping to get a recording that would tell me if they're even open on Saturday, but instead I got a real person (a very courteous one at that) who not only told me they're open on Saturday, but who also set up an appointment for that day! After the service tech, Josh, arrived and assessed the situation, he carefully explained to me what had likely caused the problem and what needed to be done. He then presented me with equipment options and told me the differences in quality and cost. Then, after I had made my choices, he put in all together into a detailed quote. To be honest, I was a bit surprised at how much it was going to cost, but Josh's professional and personal touch helped me feel confident that I was making a good choice. Also, he had all the necessary parts in his truck, so not too long afterwards he completed the work, and my door was operating smoother and quite than it has in years. In short, I would have no problem calling Precision again if I ever need to have the door serviced again. But I'm hoping that won't be for a long time!

Ben was excellent in finding out what the issue was. I thought it was the garage door opener. Instead it was the garage door itself. The door is 30 years old. There were multiple issues with it, and Ben repaired all of them. He was very professional, and very pleasant to talk to. Very pleased with the great service. Patrick, the technician, gave a very accurate description of what needed or should be replaced. From the time he arrived until he completed the work was just under two hours. He replaced springs, rollers, bearings and the opener light. All the needed parts were on his truck. His estimated costs were very accurate and had no “surprises” on the final invoice. Patrick was very friendly and personable and represents his company very well. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and costs of Precision.

I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism with your company. I also want to say a special thank you and professionalism your technician Royal F. was handling the service of trying to fix my old garage door opener, he worked and his assistant worked tremendously hard to get my garage door working properly, but it turn out that my 23 year old garage door opener, just did have any life left, so we decided to get a new garage door opener. I feel bad that he missed out on making other calls and that my garage door was such a problem. My wife and I will continue to call on your company for any garage door issues in the future. Royal F has great customer relations and really cares for the customer, he’s an asset to your company.

My spring broke late Thursday afternoon when I was going to be gone for the weekend. A called a competitor who said they would be able to provide the repair early on Friday. They did call early Friday but said the tech would be there between 3 PM and 6PM which was too late for me. I called Precision at 8 AM and they told me they could meet my time constraints. They arrived, after calling, hours before the scheduled time. The technician, Joey H., performed an inspection and explained my options. With the special that was active at the time, I only spent slightly more for 2 premium springs that a single regular spring would have cost from the other competitor. Joey also went above and beyond to resolve a couple of other issues. My door is fixed without taking away any of my weekend time. I couldn't be happier.

Precision offered to be out the same day, but schedule did not work until the next day. The tech, Austin arrived on time, explained what needed to be done in a very easy to understand manner with pictures where I could not see, offered multiple options with no pressure. Once we decided on a course of action, all was installed, inspected and explanations given about warranty. He even reset my car opener button to handle the new opener. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Definitely would use them again.

I've had the company out before for garage door repairs, and had a good experience. Our spring broke last night and so I called them first thing this morning, and they were out by noon. Owen was very friendly, professional, and showed up when scheduled. After checking things over, we discussed a course of action that made sense to me for longevity and budgetary purposes. Hopefully with today's repairs I won't have to call again for a long time, but if I do, I will do business with them again.

Joel was excellant with all diagnosis and treatment for the problem. He explained all avenues of repair and costs associated with each. He finished in a timely manner and left with a completed task. I made the appointment on line Sunday night when the problem occured and Joel was here the next day monday April 8. All went well and if another problem occurs I will surely call again.
