Had two new doors installed, installation technician called ahead and was on time. Gave me a time frame, for the work, and was ahead of schedule. Kept me informed of the installation progress and was nice enough to include me on straps and handle placement. Final inspection and operation of doors, Technician found a small dent in the door. A picture was taken and a new panel was ordered. Only great companies do this, I highly recommend this company and will use for all my overhead door needs.

The Precision Technician was very friendly and professional. He went over all options to repair or replace the door. He was able to answer all my questions and give me the estimates. He also explained to me that the springs and seal trim around the door is included which was a surprise. I look forward to having the new door installed which I was able to select a color to match the siding of the house, which also surprised me. We had a great experience with Precision. Our technician, Kevin, was prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He helped us set everything up with our vehicles and walked us through everything. He was extremely patient. We had a new garage door opener installed. Also he fixed the garage door. Definitely would recommend Precision (and Kevin).

I contacted Precision to have a new seal installed on my moms garage door. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and found issues that another garage door company did not find. He was honest and gave us his personal opinion when asked. After he repaired the door he had me try it out. I couldn’t believe the difference in the way the door looked and performed. Mike is a true magician! We are very satisfied with his work and will recommend both Mike and Precision to family and friends.

I had troubles with a garage door opener and an old troublesome door as well. Mike and Drew did a great job explaining the specific problems with both cases. I decided to buy a new door and opener with their honest assistance explaining the options I had. The door I chose had a 4 week backorder; they went an extra mile to repair both items adding safety features I hadn't had before to ensure I could use the old door until the new door arrived. Mike, our Precision garage door service tech, was friendly and professional. He listened to us as we explained the issues we were having with our old garage door system. He then did an evaluation and showed us where he believed the problems lay. After reviewing the repair options with us and allowing us time to privately discuss them, he went to work on the option we selected and had the job wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time. He made sure all our questions were answered and we knew how to operate the new openers. Can't believe how much quieter the new opener he installed is!

I had never used Precision before yesterday. I didn't know anything about the company before I placed my call to have someone come and look at my garage door opener. I was given a window of between 4 and 7 PM. Eric, the technician called shortly after 4 and was there within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote for the work to be done. Eric was polite, engaging and extremely thorough and knowledgable about the work to be done. When he was done, he met my sister and then looked over her door and made the necessary repairs to her door to make it safe and functional. This is the third time i have used Precision for garage door problems. Once at a previous location and twice at my current location. I have been very satisfied with the service, customer interaction and the helpfulness of the technician(s) each of the three service calls. The technician arrived on time, required a little less time than he estimated and seemed to be straight forward in what repairs were needed immediately and those that could wait as well as the potential repercussions of waiting for short-term and long term. i did spend more than I had hoped, but there were more problems than I had anticipated. The price(s) were worth the equipment and labor. If needed, I will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
