We had a spring break for our garage door. We called Precision and they arrived about 4 hours later and totally fixed our problem. Kevin U. was excellent, professional, and VERY knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again! Very reasonable pricing, too!

I was very pleased with the quick service and scheduling of my door replacement. I was even more impressed and happy with the technician , Justin, that came to do the install. He was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and neatly, cleaning up after the install very nicely. He did however have to return to replace a piece of trim that had cracked (free of charge) on the original install and work quickly and professionally. Appointment for general inspection/tune-up as garage door was not functioning properly. Mike was very thorough in his review of our garage door. Had two new doors installed, installation technician called ahead and was on time. Gave me a time frame, for the work, and was ahead of schedule. Kept me informed of the installation progress and was nice enough to include me on straps and handle placement. Final inspection and operation of doors, Technician found a small dent in the door. A picture was taken and a new panel was ordered. Only great companies do this, I highly recommend this company and will use for all my overhead door needs.

The Precision Technician was very friendly and professional. He went over all options to repair or replace the door. He was able to answer all my questions and give me the estimates. He also explained to me that the springs and seal trim around the door is included which was a surprise. I look forward to having the new door installed which I was able to select a color to match the siding of the house, which also surprised me. I contacted Precision to have a new seal installed on my moms garage door. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and found issues that another garage door company did not find. He was honest and gave us his personal opinion when asked. After he repaired the door he had me try it out. I couldn’t believe the difference in the way the door looked and performed. Mike is a true magician! I had troubles with a garage door opener and an old troublesome door as well. Mike and Drew did a great job explaining the specific problems with both cases. I decided to buy a new door and opener with their honest assistance explaining the options I had. The door I chose had a 4 week backorder; they went an extra mile to repair both items adding safety features I hadn't had before to ensure I could use the old door until the new door arrived.
