The technicians came to my home to repair a door that would sometimes go down and sometimes not. I called late that morning and was given a window for them to arrive that afternoon. They came at the start of the appointment window. They were very polite and explained possible issues with the door. I was given some options for the repair. After my decision they did the repair in promptly. I really could not be happier with either the response for an appointment, the service personnel or the actual work that they did.

Josh Brewer was very professional, helpful and explained everything thoroughly that needed to be done to my garage door and door opener. I was pleasantly surprised that after explaining to me what needed to done, he could do it right then without having to come back. He gave me pricing options that I could choose from. I was very pleased with the quick service and scheduling of my door replacement. I was even more impressed and happy with the technician , Justin, that came to do the install. He was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and neatly, cleaning up after the install very nicely. He did however have to return to replace a piece of trim that had cracked (free of charge) on the original install and work quickly and professionally. Had two new doors installed, installation technician called ahead and was on time. Gave me a time frame, for the work, and was ahead of schedule. Kept me informed of the installation progress and was nice enough to include me on straps and handle placement. Final inspection and operation of doors, Technician found a small dent in the door. A picture was taken and a new panel was ordered. Only great companies do this, I highly recommend this company and will use for all my overhead door needs.
