I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service from my experience with them today. My spring broke on Saturday, and I left a message with the previous company I had used before. On Sunday I went to the Precision website and looked at the reviews, the bio on their service techs, and the videos on overhead door repairs. After that, I made an appointment online that was very easy to do to get someone out first thing Monday. Nick Z. showed up during the time window I picked. Nick was very professional, inspected my doors and provided a no pressure estimate on different options. While replacing the broken spring I had looked at my other doors and he showed me how the spring on the other door that was replaced was undersize and how it was over tightened to make it work. My doors are 35 years old with the original rollers and bearings. Per Nick the doors were fine, and I ended up approving to install new springs, bearings and rollers on both doors. The doors are super quiet now. Go with Precision Garage Door Service for your service needs. Fyi, he has been 48 hours now and I yet to hear from my old original overhead door company.

First of all, the same day service was important to me. The technician that came out, Kole S., was absolutely wonderful - polite, concerned for the customer's welfare, skilled, etc. Although in the end I will need a new garage door, he made the wreck I had made of my old one look respectable while I wait for the new one to be installed - which, in my neighborhood, is important. He took his time, a perception which is so important to any customer, making me feel as if my garage door problem was important to take care of. Five star? No, ten!

Awesome job. A spring broke on Christmas day, trapping my car inside the garage. I booked the appointment online after reading several reviews.
