I called at 6:30 a.m. because my garage door broke and I could not open it. Precision Garage Door had a technician out by 9 a.m. and had my door fixed by 11:30 or so. Drew, the technician we were assigned was very polite and respectful. He explained everything he was doing along the way and kept me updated during the entire process. He showed me the completed work when he was done, showed me some maintenance tips and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. He was genuinely great to work with and I am very happy with the entire experience. I'd definitely recommend them..

I was running late to take my daughter to school this morning, was talking to my daughter and got distracted, and didn’t realize the garage door wasn’t raised up all the way when I started backing out of the garage and I ended up crashing into the garage door (my daughter and I were safe). Thankfully, Isaac the technician was able to come within an hour or hour and a half to come take a look at the damage. He was super honest and gave recommendations on what he would do personally and I greatly appreciate his empathy towards my mistake. Highly recommend their service! Took him about 1.5-2 hours to fix the garage door. Thank you very much for the hard work, honesty, and patience!

I sent a review after Kole serviced my garage door but forgot to put in a very important detail, he saved me over$1700. He was having a horrible time with trying to get my phone app and garage door to connect. This process including a phone call to the manufacturer took 2 hrs . This young man was amazing. Had heard great things about Precision and seen the commercial a few times. So when our door went out they were my first call. Joey was able to come out within a day and walked me through the inspection, what caused it, what new parts and repairs could help with, and even showed multiple variations of options. Then he installed it that morning and walked me through everything. Super awesome guy, knowledgeable, friendly, and exudes hard work. I would definitely recommend Precision, and specifically Joey to any friends and family that end up having garage door trouble.
