Awesome job. A spring broke on Christmas day, trapping my car inside the garage. I booked the appointment online after reading several reviews. I thought it was a nice touch when the confirmation text gave me a brief bio on the technician, Joey. He was there bright and early the next morning, and was great to work with. He had everything he needed to get me going agian. Thanks, Precesion for bailing me out.

Nick did a fantastic job. He let me know when he’d arrive and showed up on time. Was great with my dogs who can be nervous around new people. Went over the repair with me, and walked me through some other issues (it had been a while since our last tune up). Had some suggestions of other things to address but did so in a pressure-free way. After the repair things are working better than they ever have. Highly recommend!

Our Garage door was working sometimes and sometimes it would, Josh with precision was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He found other issues that might have caused problems later down the road as well. This is the kind of service I prefer and i hope this is helpful to anyone that may be skeptical about reading reviews. This is a real customer and today is 12/10/24 And it’s 1:49 pm. Wow, have never used Precision before . Our 3 year old Door we purchased from another company malfunctioned on a Sunday. Precision was the only company answering heir Phone. Zeke was out in Less than 1 hour and did an amazing job, it was a simple but time consuming repair and my door is better than new, and quieter than before . Highly Recommended!

Zeke D did a great job working to assess the problem for my garage door. There was no way to recreate the specific issue but he did notice a few things causing the door to not operate to top efficiency. He did give me multiple options on fixing the rollers and also helped set up the remote system to the motor through Wi-Fi. Excellent service, enjoyable to talk to and would be happy to have him come out again if needed.
