Amazing Service! Called on Sunday and they came out on Memorial Day. The Tech Brock D was knowlegable and friendly. Had all faulty equipment replaced and serviced. Price seemed resonable. Warrenty on work was given.

I had a spring break on my two car garage door. I could not open the door. I tried to buy a new spring from a local Menards, but would have to wait on a three month delivery. My garage door remote wasn't working, but I also needed some general maintenance on one of the garage doors. Vladimir E. was the technician, and he did a fantastic job. He repaired my remote and explained the necessary maintenance needed. He gave me a quote for the job and did the necessary work in a timely manner. The repair cost had gone up quite a bit from the last time I had work done, but that was understandable considering global inflation.

Brandon Richardson came out and replaced both springs on a 16x7 garage door. He was on time and extremely courteous. Completely explained the job that was needed, and finished in a timely matter. Very professional install. He also performed a tune up on the door as well. Excellent service and customer experience.

Josh B. from Precision arrived about 2 to 3 hours after I called and diagnosed several problems with our garage door and opener. It was pretty loud and failing to open intermittently. He made some recommendations and gave us a couple of options for different price levels. Once we made our choice he got right to work and was finished completely in less than 2 hours, including clean up. Now we're checking to make sure it is working because it is so quiet! We plan to be here a while so we appreciate the 7 year parts and labor warranty that came with our opener and repairs.

I had 2 broken springs and called Precision last night around 10pm and was surprised to talk with a live representative. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day, today between 2-5pm and I received a call today 1:13pm informing me he was early and if it was ok to head my way… Michael showed up within 15 minutes and he was very thorough at explaining the problem and pointed out potentially other issues besides the springs..I am very please with the work and would recommend Precision and Michael in the future! Mike arrived on time and got right to work. We knew the spring was broken, but when he removed the spring he also found some bearings that need to be fixed. Once the diagnosis was made and the estimate approved, he was able to complete the repair quickly. He didn't leave any empty parts packaging around and put everything back that he had moved. Our door works smoothly and easily. We are very happy with the repair.
