I chose Precision randomly looking for a garage door service, in hopes of an affordable replacement, and no pressured sales. Eric and Brandon arrived and after a quick look at the problem, I let them be. After they reviewed the damage to my door, Eric asked if I wanted to fix it, or replace it. I hadn't even thought that repair would be an option. Eric and Brandon repaired the damage that I had accidentally caused, and had even a lower total than I was quoted. Very impressed with the entire experience.

The garage door damage occurred last evening. We called this morning and within an hour Cole, our tech, arrived. By 12:45 all repairs were complete. Cole did an outstanding job! Very friendly, courteous and professional. While his attention to all the details was impressive and appreciated, what really caused me to notice was his concern for getting outside of the door clean as a final step before leaving! Amazing! Thank you so much! You guys are amazing!

My service technician, Joey H., was absolutely professional, explained everything clearly, performed an excellent job in replacing all that I asked for and what was also advised by him-the expert!! He did this on a day when it was well above 90 degrees with a high heat index, completed the service efficiently and made sure the work area was clean of debris. I highly recommend Precision!!

I used Precision Garage Door Service a couple years ago for spring repair. Today 7/8/2025 Eric G and Blayke C came by did a wonderful job. I had some repairs made to both overhead doors and fancy new opener installed on each door. The two guys are both very professional, we chatted for a minute and decided what I wanted to do. They got to work. Everything was explained and all my questions answered. The job didn't take long, and the bill wasn't bad either. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you very much.

Orlando H was exceptional: great customer communication, knew exactly what was needed and pricing options and very good at explaining and showing what needed to be done. Never felt any pressure. Did it all with a smile in spite of the heat outside and as well as inside our garage. Happy to recommend Precision. Was our first experience. Very satisfied! John and Charlene Carmichael
