Zeke did an excellent job on our repair. The original problem was to replace a broken spring. But, there were other factures that contributed the spring breaking. Zeke gave us a detailed list and cost of items he felt like we needed to solve future problems. We decided on what we wanted and he had all the parts on the truck. Great job Zeke. We will definitely call Precision again if we need help on our garage doors. Thanks a bunch

Leaving for work and the garage door quit working! We called Precision and they sent Zeke out to the 'rescue' within hours of us calling. Zeke showed and explained everything that he found to be causing the issues. It was so refreshing to have such a friendly, enthusiastic and just a happy-natured service person. He didn't leave until all was taken care of. He didn't miss a beat and would highly suggest Precision and Zeke to anyone that needs maintenance, repair or new garage door!

I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.

My neighbor gave me Precision's number b/c they repaired their garage door a few years ago. Precision had very quick service times available and they sent Zeke to my rescue! He was very, very nice and oh-so helpful! He looked over everything and explained what he found. He made sure I understood what he was explaining and never made me feel rushed when I was asking questions. He also never made me feel pressured into replacing anything with my opener. He gave me many options to choose from. Out of 5 starts, I give Zeke 10!! And Precious and their services!

They were able to come out within hours. Zeke was very kind and explained everything to us and gave us multiple options for the repair. He did all of the repairs right then and even tuned it all up. The door is running even better than when we had it first installed (by a different company). We can’t thank you guys enough. Never dealt with a garage door company so well run. My first call for overhead door service was to the nearest company to my home that Google listed; it turned out to be Precision. I was blown away when the person I talked to said they could send someone over yet that day and it was like 6pm. The tech came out and replaced the 20 yr old motor in about an hour. Then a couple days later there's an add for Precision so I had them come out and replace a second motor. Further, I was impressed the way they followed up with text messages. Now when I need garage door service I don't need to call Google, just Precision.

Zeke was here to fix a roller that fell off the garage door. I knew the motor was original to my 25 year old house, and I was not surprised when he told me it needed to be replaced, soon. He gave me four quotes and fully explained the options for each one. I made my choice and he installed it immediately. I am very satisfied with the new motor, the price, and especially the helpful and professional service I received from Zeke. I highly recommend this business.
