He arrived early in the given appointment time and involved my very interested 12 yr old through the entire process of inpesction and installation. Very Good Service. The Tech was very Knowable about what he doing. After finishing up he cleaned up and then ask us if he could do any thing for us. He explained how everything works and help program our car remote systems. Very pleased with PRECISION Door Service. I did notice that I missed spelled Precision on the check I gave him, hope this doesn't cause any problem.

I accidentally hit and broke off the sensor so the door would not go up. I ended up purchasing a new opener which included new wall switch, keypad, and 2 remote openers. Ryan impressed me with his professional explanation of what was needed for my aging door and opener. He gave me three options for a new opener and door. I selected the middle range opener and will address a new door in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and the friendly and polite employee, Ryan. He is a stellar representative of your company. He deserves a gold star and a huge thumbs up for a job well done! Maybe a pay increase too?

We found out about you and BRANDON RICHARDSON Service Tech from one of my friends who lives in these condos.. I called and the very nice lady helped me book the appointment. I told her that I would like to have the tech that was at Todd's Pennington's condo in July. I did not have his name! We've used Precision before, but Kevin was very friendly and asked lots of questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He got everything set up for us so there was zero hassle trying to learn new equipment or program new remotes. It was all taken care of.
