We found out about you and BRANDON RICHARDSON Service Tech from one of my friends who lives in these condos.. I called and the very nice lady helped me book the appointment. I told her that I would like to have the tech that was at Todd's Pennington's condo in July. I did not have his name! So she told me that she would try to find who it was.I am so glad she did!!!He was great help to me.. You should know you have got great people working for you.. I am very grateful that I got Brandon Richardson to help me with my new Door opener and service. You should be very proud to have him on your team. Thank you again Precision Door & Brandon.. Great Job. Debi and I are very happy. Jeff & Debi Beeler I will tell anyone that I know that needs your services and to ask for Brandon Richardson.

Work was done quickly, in spite of a glitch (in our end). Your guys found a workaround and we’re able to complete the job, instead of having to come back. Operation of opener was explained thoroughly. Great job! Would certainly recommend your company!

We've used Precision before, but Kevin was very friendly and asked lots of questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He got everything set up for us so there was zero hassle trying to learn new equipment or program new remotes. It was all taken care of.

We have used Precision in the past and happy with their service. We are also happy with today's service. Had a new garage door system including cables, etc installed. Works perfectly and is much quieter. Andrew S was here within the time frame he said he would be, presented us with options, and got to work immediately and finished when he said he would. He's very nice to talk to too. We would definately use him and Precision again.

Our garage door broke over the weekend and we called Precision on a Sunday. They were able to come out the very next day. Our service technician, Brandon, was awesome! He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was friendly and courteous. He looked at the door then explained what needed fixed and why. He gave us options on parts and did everything he could to get us the best price. He had the door operational in about an hour. We chose Precision initially because of their reviews and they were spot on. Awesome service! Thank you!
