This is the third time i have used Precision for garage door problems. Once at a previous location and twice at my current location. I have been very satisfied with the service, customer interaction and the helpfulness of the technician(s) each of the three service calls. The technician arrived on time, required a little less time than he estimated and seemed to be straight forward in what repairs were needed immediately and those that could wait as well as the potential repercussions of waiting for short-term and long term. i did spend more than I had hoped, but there were more problems than I had anticipated. The price(s) were worth the equipment and labor. If needed, I will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Experience couldn’t have been better. Mike took the time to diagnose what was wrong with old unit, then outlined in writing what our expenses would be to either repair it or replace it with a ‘good,’ better’ or ‘best’ unit. Needed a part replaced on my garage door. Precision came out the next morning and did an inspection of the door. Found springs to be worn, as well as cable drums. Showed me the worn parts, no high pressured sales. I checked prices with other providers and Precision was in line price-wise. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I'd use them again.

Kevin conducted warranty work for a broken spring. The lifetime warranty we received 10 years ago was honored without hesitation! Kevin called ahead and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window we were given. As he conducted his work Kevin explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Upon completion Kevin made sure he had not dropped anything and made sure the area was clean. Our garage door is back in operation and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision and Kevin especially. Kevin was very friendly and informative and a true professional in every way. My rating for Precision and Kevin is 6 Stars as they totally exceeded expectations!!!!! I will always call Precision for any garage door work!!!

Everything went great Tyler showed me exactly what was wrong and it was very clear that those parts needed to be replaced. Tyler gave me three options to do repairs. I chose the 660.00 option. I assumed in that quote that would be the sub total plus the gas charge of 15.00. Which would be 675.00. We agreed on the free service charge with the coupon I gave him and the new sub total should be 610.00 plus tax. I spoke with someone who handles the bills, she tried to explain the bill to me but I still couldn’t get past the simple math. The bills are confusing. A simpler way of doing it would be better. If the quote I was given didn’t include the trip fee it should have been explained to me. All was resolved. I would still refer your company to friends and family.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I called in the morning and the operator told me he would send out Kevin between 12 and 3. Sure enough, at 12:30 Kevin called and arrived shortly thereafter. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or courteous technician. He inspected the door and the motor and confirmed my opinion that it needed to be replaced. He also showed me wear on my door mechanics that could potentially be a problem. We discussed a number of options and once I had decided what I wanted, he went right to work. When he finished, he not only went over the work and made sure I understood each part that was replaced and how it functioned, but he even swept the garage clean of the leaves that had blown in! I was very happy with his professionalism and his obvious attention to detail.

Kevin came out to do a check-up on our double garage door and put in a new bottom gasket. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
