I was very pleased with the quick service and scheduling of my door replacement. I was even more impressed and happy with the technician , Justin, that came to do the install. He was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and neatly, cleaning up after the install very nicely. He did however have to return to replace a piece of trim that had cracked (free of charge) on the original install and work quickly and professionally. If we have a need to have any tech return, he will be the first choice. Thank You for being so professional and friendly Justin. Regards, S.Taylor

Had two new doors installed, installation technician called ahead and was on time. Gave me a time frame, for the work, and was ahead of schedule. Kept me informed of the installation progress and was nice enough to include me on straps and handle placement. Final inspection and operation of doors, Technician found a small dent in the door. A picture was taken and a new panel was ordered. Only great companies do this, I highly recommend this company and will use for all my overhead door needs.

The Precision Technician was very friendly and professional. He went over all options to repair or replace the door. He was able to answer all my questions and give me the estimates. He also explained to me that the springs and seal trim around the door is included which was a surprise. I look forward to having the new door installed which I was able to select a color to match the siding of the house, which also surprised me. Thank you Nick for getting the door working again until the new door is installed.

I saw the positive reviews on your web site and was not disapointed. Mike was there early in the time slot and went over what was needed to get all of our doors in good working condition. He completed the entire job for 3 doors in one afternoon and made sure we were satisfied with the work. It was great!

We had a great experience with Precision. Our technician, Kevin, was prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He helped us set everything up with our vehicles and walked us through everything. He was extremely patient. We had a new garage door opener installed. Also he fixed the garage door. Definitely would recommend Precision (and Kevin).

I contacted Precision to have a new seal installed on my moms garage door. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and found issues that another garage door company did not find. He was honest and gave us his personal opinion when asked. After he repaired the door he had me try it out. I couldn’t believe the difference in the way the door looked and performed. Mike is a true magician! We are very satisfied with his work and will recommend both Mike and Precision to family and friends.

I had troubles with a garage door opener and an old troublesome door as well. Mike and Drew did a great job explaining the specific problems with both cases. I decided to buy a new door and opener with their honest assistance explaining the options I had. The door I chose had a 4 week backorder; they went an extra mile to repair both items adding safety features I hadn't had before to ensure I could use the old door until the new door arrived. Thanks guys!

Mike, our Precision garage door service tech, was friendly and professional. He listened to us as we explained the issues we were having with our old garage door system. He then did an evaluation and showed us where he believed the problems lay. After reviewing the repair options with us and allowing us time to privately discuss them, he went to work on the option we selected and had the job wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time. He made sure all our questions were answered and we knew how to operate the new openers. Can't believe how much quieter the new opener he installed is!

Kevin did an excellent job of calling prior to arriving at our house, reviewing our current door set up to identify what options where going to be best for us to resolve our issue, and what could be done until our new door arrives and is installed. Would definitely recommend this team for any door install or repair needs.
