Honestly, I had never heard of Precision until our garage door spring broke Easter morning. AND to top it off we are moving in a few days, so we needed fast service. We chose Precision for their 24 hour call service and were able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was our technician and was very professional, informative, and personable. I didn't know if there was ever preventative maintenance on the door but it needed more than springs. The repair only took 30 minutes and now it runs more efficiently and smoothly.
