Well lets start this off it's july 13 not my day for anything to go bad . yeah right at 3:30 in this morning I was ready to go to work when I open my garage door it only open about to inches . then I looked at the springs and the guide wires was broke so I called and talked to a lady and she said I can have someone out there by noon great well I was at work and my wife was home to let Joel to look it over and he him self said the springs was broke I told Joel fix it with new springs and new guide wires and had the job done in a hour .not bad so Joel told my wife I have a 10 year warranty I would not give Joel a five star but a 10 star he was in and out . great job by Joel and his partner

James, the technician who performed services for us, was completely professional, courteous and efficient. He replaced the garage door opener door keypad and remotes and gave complete and understandable instructions on how the system operates. We are very pleased with his work and would rate him at 5 stars. The new equipment works perfectly-smooth and quiet performance. Eric came for the first appointment and provided great insight into the problem with my door and gave a great recommendation. Justin came for the second appointment to install the new garage door, spring, and rails. Both did a great job calling me in advance, were prompt, and came early within the allotted time frame. Justin was thorough with the install and made sure I was happy with how the new door functioned. Overall very happy with my decision to use Precision.

It was very nice when I called Precision and got an appointment for the same day! I really appreciate the courtesy shown by Kevin, the technician, by calling and letting me know when in the appointment window he expected to be at my house. That same courtesy was shown by doing a complete inspection of all parts before giving an estimate of repairs needed and getting my approval before beginning any work. I understood exactly what we were paying for and why. I am very pleased that in addition to working again, my doors are much quieter than they were before! Thank you Precision!

Honestly, I had never heard of Precision until our garage door spring broke Easter morning. AND to top it off we are moving in a few days, so we needed fast service. We chose Precision for their 24 hour call service and were able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was our technician and was very professional, informative, and personable.
