Very, very satisfied with my experience working with Precision! Our garage door stopped working a few months ago and we were just curious what was wrong/how to fix it... when Scott arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what would be needed to fix it, and to my surprise, was available to fix it that day. He was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He took his time going over different options and recommendations, breaking down the cost so I was fully informed. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in his expertise and happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with garage needs.

RJ was efficient and friendly. Spring broke on our garage and majority of parts were almost 20yrs old. RJ repaired and replaced the majority of our system which was long overdue. It’s nice knowing everything is in good order and updated.

A recent storm damaged my outside electric meter which then ruined my garage door opener. I called Precision and was given a morning appointment the next day. Technician Tim Whitlow arrived and went right to work assessing the damage, checking to see if my old door opener could be fixed. He showed me what was wrong and it was determined, after he thoroughly explained to me the damage, that I needed a new system. Tim was knowledgeable, empathetic, professional and friendly. He represented the company well and was thorough and efficient in the installation process. After he completed the job, he explained the system and its components, making sure I knew how to operate it. He explained the safety features of the system also. It was a pleasure to meet this young man - and he receives a 5 star rating from me!

Extraordinary customer service! Our door became inoperable late Friday. I went online to request contact, and was stunned when on Sunday I was called to set up an appointment first thing Monday! Great communication throughout. Our technician, Scott, could not have been better. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional. He showed us everything and even made sure it was working in my car. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thanks for the awesome service!

I called this morning to request a service call to fix my garage door. It was very noisy and is old. Got an appointment right away for the same day, and the service technician called 15 minutes before the earliest time (my appointment was from 10:00am to 1:00pm.) and arrived about 10:05 am. He did an inspection and went over his findings with me. I decided to replace the opener and the spring as they were old (1993). He had the whole thing replaced and was finished before noon. The technician was very nice and thorough. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Andrew was great. He discovered the problem right away which was pretty serious. He fixed it fast and showed me exactly what it was. The door hadn’t been serviced for quite awhile and he advised me what I should do in the future. But since he was there I decided to let him go ahead and do the future stuff the same day. Great service. Friendly repairman.

The main spring broke and I found precision on the internet. I called yesterday afternoon and they said they would have a tech here between 8am and 11 am today. Nick showed up at 9am and we reviewed the problem. The springs and other parts were probably over 20 years old. We debated over the extent of the needed repairs and I chose to replace almost everything. Nick did a great job and was very courteous. In closing conversation I told him that I had graduated from Culver Military Academy and it turns out that his wife graduated from Summer Camp at culver. I would highly recommend Precision and Nick to anyone in need of their services.

Hi, Mandy answered my call. I ask if anyone was around to get a estimate; she asked for what services I told her on a spring and she gave me a price right then.Doesn't usually happen like that most times someone else has to call you back, well done. Josh came on time and fixed me up, all was done well. Need more of this type of service. 5 stars+
