After using Precision in NJ for many years, I contacted Precision in Indianapolis for the second time last week. My experience today was the same as previously & we will contact you again whenever we need your service. The people who came have my garage door working & sounding like new. They were courteous, professional & took the time to thoroughly explain my options & guide me to making the right decisions. I now have a brand new remote outside the garage, new wheels, new weather stripping & a tune-up. I can even operate the door opener by using a button below the rear view mirror in the car instead of the handheld device. I am as always a satisfied customer! Joyce Carusi

Your technician, Ben was prompt to the time he stated for arrival and very professional. After quickly assessing the issue with my overhead door. He explained in detail the current issues of this ailing door. He kindly broke the issues into 3 categories, from critical needs to, repair in the near future, and finally that working like new condition. Explaining each repair category, the parts needed, and the cost for each category. This allowed myself to ask questions, and to make an informed decision on that needed service level. His work was timely and completed with the removal of all trash and disposal of warn parts. Covered the billing and warranty of the work completed. Advised what if any maintenance that I could do on an annual basis myself. His final recommendation was addressing the aging overhead motor, which was manufactured in 1999, stated that currently working, this equipment this may have issues in the future. However, with installation of the current and correct upgraded spring this motor was not having to labor nearly as much as it did prior to this service call. It’s a pleasure to fine and work with a professional service provider like Ben. Like any other service provider of mechanical items, devices, or equipment, in todays market this can be a challenge. The knowledge level and skill set in both mechanical and customer service is refreshing to see. I rank Ben as a TOP SHELF technician that shows the caring and pride in his skills and workmanship. Precision was recommended by a friend when the spring broke on my garage door. They were efficient in setting up my appointment and coming out to service. Josh and Trainee Kevin arrived in the designated time window and accessed the repair. They were both pleasant and knowledgeable. Problem fixed quickly with no major issues Chris Thomas very nice addressed the issue and alerted us that our springs may need to be replaced in the future. No repairs needed as this service as power outage caused this.

Our technician was very professional under unusual circumstances in the area. A neighbor committed suicide and there were many police and other personnel around. After things calmed down a little, he continued his work and completed it in the time frame he told us.

Excellent rating on computer search, a mailer I had in file, and close to my location. Door closer was not functioning for down travel. Repairman Mike arrived within an hour, was able to correct the problem with my opener, completed an inspection, lubricated the door components, and adjusted the travel. He was exceptionally courteous and at the same time thorough, and is an excellent employee.
