We have had a bid in on replacing/repairing our shop garage doors since first of February from another company and have got nothing but a runaround from them. I’ve seen your commercials and decided to call just to see what your company had to offer. Your tech came out today after being pre introduced via email( which I loved) I knew exactly who was coming and his background. He had everything on his truck to repair Not REPLACE as the other company told us! He had both oversized commercial doors repaired in just a few hours!! I was so impressed! Will always use your company moving forward. We have 10 doors in our mechanic shop alone plus 6 others throughout the building. No more waiting on old company!! 5 star quality friendly, honest, excellent workmanship, professionalism and prices! Saved our school district over $14,000 from other company replacement price!! Chris was excellent. He did a great job with completing maintenance on my garage door and replacing some parts. This service was to replace the door opener on a one door garage opener that got hit by lightning. The product installed was overkill for this door. The door is only used maybe 25 times a year. They way oversold us. The door opener alone was $958. The total bill came to $2933. They did a good job, but will not use again. I feel they took advantage of my husband.

I saw the truck in my neighbors driveway and went over to investigate. I found they were getting an new garage door opener installed. I had been considering an opener replacement and after talking with the technician, I was SOLD. I had the opener installed the next day and could not be more pleased. The product was explained and the ratings shared. The installation was seamless, quick, clean and complete. Needed repairs were made, my cars were programmed, the internet interface was in full working order and nothing was left to question. The service tech (Mike Keeley) did an awesome job and I highly recommend him. Don't be disappointed, be satisfied beyond expectations. Call Precision!

Our technician was Kevin U. who called to advise he when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would be here. Kevin is an extremely knowledgeable professional who not only knows his job and how to fix problems but also loves what he does and it shows. He not only fixed our problem (broken torsion spring) but helped us improve the working order of our garage door (cables, rollers, new and much improved garage door opener). He is an engaging and polite young man who took the time to go over what was wrong and offered us options to improve the functioning and performance of our garage door. Our neighbors noticed your truck in our driveway and asked about our experience and we shared the same as above. We would welcome Kevin back anytime--he is that good. My technician was Brock D. Brock was awesome and was able to repair my broken door quickly and was able to work with us to come up with a creative solution to work with our budget. He also went above and beyond to repair a safety issue while still keeping the total cost in our budget and took the time to explain what future preventative maintenance we will want to do to keep our garage door running for many years to come. We will be using this service again in the future.

This is the second time I've contracted Precision Garage Door Service to repair an overhead garage door. The technician promptly scheduled my service the same day I called and arrived right on time. The technician examined the mechanics of my door and told me everything he saw that needed to be addressed, and what was still in good working order. I was able to make a comfortable financial decision based upon the options presented without feeling pressured to buying unnecessary parts or upgrades.
