If there were six (6) stars I would have given them 6! Fantastic service and on a Sunday, no additional charges for the weekend. Not only did Frank Stone, their tech, get my garage door operational, but he schooled me in how to use my new MyQ app on my phone, to operate my door from anywhere. He was on time and an absolute pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Precision.

5 STARS!! I bought a new door from these folks a few months ago for a home we just sold. Price was best of 3 quotes. Installation was the next business day. Install was performed by Terrence Cotton and he was really detailed with regards to testing and adjusting. Took his time showing me how everything worked. Just bought a 2nd door for my home in Franklin

I am a true do-it-yourself kinda guy, but I will never try ro replace a garage door torsion spring. It's very dangerous! I called Precision and set up a service appointment for the next day. Their service call fee was the lowest I found and it was waived due being a spring replacement. Found out part of my issue was, I needed two springs, so they did a BOGO half off. My bill was way less than expected! Cody was the technician that came out and was completely honest with me about everything. He was fast and very friendly. Thanks for being awesome!!!

From the phone call to set up the appointment to the time Eric (the awesome technician) left my driveway. Precision was nothing but professional, kind and understanding. I want to also thank Eric's boss for working out a price I could work with in our family's budget. Eric ( the awesome technician) was very understanding and didn't want to leave my family with a broken garage door. Eric did a great job, was quick and thorough he installed a new spring,bearings,rod and a roller. My door is quite and smooth operating now. So very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. Great company. Ben was half an hour early and called to see if that was okay. He had every option with him so I could choose exactly what I wanted. I opted for the top of the line opener with new springs. He did a thorough inspection of the door components and suggested options for replacement. He helped program everything and was done in about an hour and a half. Thanks so much.

I highly recommend Precision. The service tech, Andrew, called us about 20 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm he was on his way. He was very professional and polite. He was able to easily help us with our service request and then took time to check and re-lubricate the coils and checked to make sure doors were in good operating order. Very professional.. Ben was my guys name and he did a good job, was knowledgeable, did an inspection and recommendation of future problems that may arise, left me a quote and wasn't pushy or trying to make an immediate sale.
