James was really awesome in getting my door working. Also answered all my questions for proper maintenance for future. Also told me what I need to do to ensure the best working condition. Unfortunately I couldn't afford him to do all the corrective actions today but I will be scheduling in the next month or so.

My garage door opener would not operate and was making a loud noise. It is over 17 years old so I thought that I was going to need to replace it. Mike F arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem was the tension on the chain. He adjusted it and the opener worked again. He then removed the cover of the opener to inspect the plastic drive gear and showed me that it was almost worn out. I asked him to replace it to avoid another repair call. My opener is working good as new and I did not have to replace it. Thanks to Mike F for excellent service.

I needed to get a new door and opened and these guys were great! My only "complaints" would be 1) it was a month to fit me in for installation.(too popular I guess) 2) They were a bit expensive. But, other than that, I'm super satisfied and my house looks great with the updated door. The wifi feature is awesome and the door is super quiet during operation. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I would like to add another 5 star review to your expansive portfolio. My technician Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet at the same time pleasant and courteous. He took the time to walk me through the advantages and disadvantages of different courses of action to include minimal repair, full repair, and replacement options. In the end, we determined a repair was more appropriate and a full replacement was not necessary. I felt Vladimir had my interests in mind and was not looking to upsell an unnecessary solution. I truly appreciate his candor and knowledge and I will glad recommend your company to anyone who might need your service. Vladimir represents your company very well - integrity, courtesy, and professionalism.
