My technician was Mike Very professional, explained everything to me. Found my issue, a wire, fixed it. Pointed out another possible future issue, gave me a fair quote. We had that work done as well. We are senior citizens on a set income so we are careful who we use. I would recommend this company and their service to anyone.

Mr. Eric Gellenbeck arrived early and inspected all of our Raynor garage doors, a total of 4 doors, and explained the ones on the house were in need of extensive repair! He explained our various options and pricing. Since they were installed in 1987, he advised us he could do the complete overhauj today! Eric was very professional, hard working and explained the steps he was taking. He completed the complete job and reprogramed the remotes in two cars.in about 3 hours! Eric is the best engineer we have ever had !!!

it took 90 days to get my garage door installed. it was mis measured. one of the panals was damaged.they had to order a narrower door panal to make the door look right, the second tech had to readjust everything the first tech did. not very happy with the overall installation. would like to see some free pm service for a year at least for my trouble. for doing only garage doors, very poor service

The quality is good, workmanship is good (only time can tell). But it was outrageously expensive. I searched "garage door repair near me" - instead I should have just called Sears. My house is 20 years old. The Sears Craftman garage door worked for 20 years, and a similar one (at less than 1/3 the price of Precision) would work fine for another 20 years. My LEDs were misaligned - a simple issue. But then the spring at the top wore out and broke. I searched the Internet - a pair of those springs cost $59. Ryan charged me $496. Similarly a Craftman controller is around $275. I was charged way more than that. With the enormous cost, I asked Ryan if you would allow deferred payment - which means the customer makes monthly payments for a year or something. He said Yes, you could split it into 2 payments. At the end of the job he said the 2 payments were due yesterday and today - in other words there was no deferred payment. Customers should do a price shopping before engaging this company.

Mike F. Did a great job. Explained not only what needed repaired now, but also what was likely to need replaced in the near future. He did this with no high pressure sales tactics. He layed out 4 different options and the price of each. Very professional and cleaned up after himself, including blowing off part of the driveway. Will use again when needed.

Brandon was FANTASTIC! He explained the problem and gave detailed options for repair. Brandon was professional and very efficient. I appreciated the options with NO pressure to buy any additional products. I did decide to replace my old, heavy wooden door with a lighter new model.
