Drew was very thorough and friendly. He completed a full evaluation of our garage door before completing our repair and explained everything he found as well as how it all worked. He gave us multiple options for our repair with specific pricing and then completed the work in a timely manner. The products and work we received all appear to be of great quality. We would not hesitate to use Precision Door in the future.

Andrew was the tech who came out. First, he was on time, very professional. After assessing the problem (of course the problem I was experiencing did not occur.) He presented several options. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed. There was no pressure in making this decision.

We had springs and cable wire put in last year so I chose to call again for the rollers and seal on the bottom of the door to be replaced. Ryan was very efficient and informative on other things such as giving us an estimate for a new garage door opener
