From the phone call to set up the appointment to the time Eric (the awesome technician) left my driveway. Precision was nothing but professional, kind and understanding. I want to also thank Eric's boss for working out a price I could work with in our family's budget. Eric ( the awesome technician) was very understanding and didn't want to leave my family with a broken garage door. Eric did a great job, was quick and thorough he installed a new spring,bearings,rod and a roller. My door is quite and smooth operating now. So very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. Defiantly a 5 star company.

Great company. Ben was half an hour early and called to see if that was okay. He had every option with him so I could choose exactly what I wanted. I opted for the top of the line opener with new springs. He did a thorough inspection of the door components and suggested options for replacement. He helped program everything and was done in about an hour and a half. Thanks so much.

I highly recommend Precision. The service tech, Andrew, called us about 20 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm he was on his way. He was very professional and polite. He was able to easily help us with our service request and then took time to check and re-lubricate the coils and checked to make sure doors were in good operating order. He went above and beyond our service request.

Ben was my guys name and he did a good job, was knowledgeable, did an inspection and recommendation of future problems that may arise, left me a quote and wasn't pushy or trying to make an immediate sale. He was very friendly, groomed like a real man and former military.. did the job pretty quick even though I talked to him most of the time. The owner gives them the best equipment and vehicles to use and they take great pride in being an asset to their company

I am very pleased with how quickly I was able to get service. When I called, the person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous. I was having trouble with my garage door closing all the way. Mike made some adjustments and installed new rollers. Now the door works great and much quieter than before. Mike was very knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer questions. Called and was able to get a tech out the same day. Vladimir was able to even show up earlier than expected and did a great job on my garage door opener install. He was informative and walked me through everything, programmed and installed my keypad entry as well. He even noticed my double door was missing one of the torsion springs than another company failed to install when my door was installed. 5 star service!
