Brandon was FANTASTIC! He explained the problem and gave detailed options for repair. Brandon was professional and very efficient. I appreciated the options with NO pressure to buy any additional products. I did decide to replace my old, heavy wooden door with a lighter new model. It should be installed tomorrow and I can't wait! Precision Door more than met my needs and Brandon needs to be considered as a very valued employee.

I absolutely would recommend Precision because the agent that came out to serve me was very polite, professional, and respectful of my concerns. He didn't treat me like I didn't know anything. The repairman diagnosed the problem with the garage door opener very quickly and efficiently. I was also having a problem receiving door activity alerts on my iPhone. Although he admittedly wasn’t that familiar with iPhones, he continued to troubleshoot the problem and effectively resolved it. I was very appreciative of the additional effort he took to fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous. He’s certainly an asset to your company.

Garage door repair. Army buddy recommended Precision to me a few months ago. Once I decided to go forward with my repairs, I did some research and realized Precision was the way to go. The technician was great and represented Precision very well. I’ve already had several Neighbors come and check the work. If there were six (6) stars I would have given them 6! Fantastic service and on a Sunday, no additional charges for the weekend. Not only did Frank Stone, their tech, get my garage door operational, but he schooled me in how to use my new MyQ app on my phone, to operate my door from anywhere. He was on time and an absolute pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Precision.
