We had a broken garage door and we called Precision Overhead Garage Door Services! Our technician was amazing!! Polite, courteous, professional and just s nice guy!! His name was Eli. He showed us our options and he never pressured us. We choose to have everything done that he advised! I would highly recommend this Company and this service tech, Eli !! We had springs and cable wire put in last year so I chose to call again for the rollers and seal on the bottom of the door to be replaced. Ryan was very efficient and informative on other things such as giving us an estimate for a new garage door opener

My technician was Mike Very professional, explained everything to me. Found my issue, a wire, fixed it. Pointed out another possible future issue, gave me a fair quote. We had that work done as well. We are senior citizens on a set income so we are careful who we use. I would recommend this company and their service to anyone.

Mr. Eric Gellenbeck arrived early and inspected all of our Raynor garage doors, a total of 4 doors, and explained the ones on the house were in need of extensive repair! He explained our various options and pricing. Since they were installed in 1987, he advised us he could do the complete overhauj today! Eric was very professional, hard working and explained the steps he was taking. He completed the complete job and reprogramed the remotes in two cars.in about 3 hours! Eric is the best engineer we have ever had !!!
