Where do I start? Well first setting up an appt was not only easy but very pleasant. Once appt was made I was contacted by the technician and kept informed thru the whole process of the repair. I knew there was a lot more wrong with the garage door over and above the broken spring and was not sold anything more than what was needed to bring the door back into working order. Will use them again.

My double door had to have the rollers replaced. The company warranted the rollers at no cost, yet there was a service call charge. After speaking with the service manager, we had a very nice conversation he asked me what I thought was fair. We both agreed on splitting the service call. Timely and professional. Called because I felt something wasn't right with the belt, turns out my suspicion was correct the technician made an adjustment which was covered under warranty sold me an additional opener I needed and was on his way "post haste". Outstanding.
