I had a great experience with our Technician Ty when he came out to repair our broken spring(s). He was extremely personable from the moment he arrived— and clearly knowledgeable about his work. Absolutely fantastic. Tony showed up early and within minutes was able to tell us what was wrong with our garage door. He fixed the garage door by replacing the springs and realigning the bottom part of the door. Additionally, based on the wear from the garage door being fixed, we had him replace the springs on the second garage door. Tony was very polite and courteous. He did a great job in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We would definitely call Precision for future services.

Elliot came out and went above and beyond for us. Our spring completely broke and he provided multiple quotes for replacing just the spring, or having other options done as well. There was no pressure to choose anything other than the bare minimum and he was VERY transparent about what all would be done and how much it would cost. He was done in less than 2 hours and as an extra bonus, he went ahead and set our trash cans out for trash day since they were locked in the garage! Everything about this experience is exactly what we wanted and why we will forever use Precision Garage Doors from this day forward!

Our service tech, Kalu, was prompt and efficient. He thoroughly explained what was required and the result is we now have a better working garage door than we ever have. The only thing keeping us from giving them a 5-star rating is the price. They are toward the higher priced service companies around, so we recommend shopping for a better price if you have the time....we did not.

I called Precision because I saw a commercial and happened to need help fixing my garage door. It would open but not close without overriding the system. The call was fast friendly and got a technician out the same day. Chase diagnosed the issue fixed the problem and again a very nice young man! I would recommend using them!!!

This is the second time I have used Precision. This company is all about the customer. The first time my springs broke and they worked with me on the price, This call was my safety sensors, Tyler fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He charged me for the service call and that was it. Both techs that showed up were mega nice and professional! You can tell the owner takes care of their techs, Don’t use anyone but Precision door, thanks so much

My garage door was bowed by an impact on the inside of the door. The service tech came out; quickly analyzed the problem and solution and completed the repair in just minutes. While there he also realigned the sensors on another door and lubricated all three doors. He was very professional, very helpful and great to work with.

I chose Precision because the web site showed that they would come today, and I didn't want my garage door partly open all night. I knew it had been some time since I had the door checked, so besides getting the door closed, I wanted a checkup. Great experience using Precision! I was referred to them by a neighbor. The technician, Colin, arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He was very courteous and friendly. After examining the door, he explained to me and showed me the problems and what needed to be fixed. He also told me what the cost would be and offered possible alternatives for some items. He repaired the door in time for me to get to an appointment, and the door is actually working better than ever before! Colin was very pleasant and fun to talk with.
