My technician, Teddy F, was courteous and professional. He clearly explained what needed to be done to get my garage door working again and gave me a few options to move forward. I’m having a huge garage sale tomorrow and I came home today and my garage door would not open. One of my springs broke. My neighbor gave me Precisions number, and I called at 11am and Josh was at my door 35 minutes later. Josh was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and gave my golden retrievers all the pets. He checked out our whole garage door and he informed my husband and I about some issues with our door that we were unaware of(it’s original with the house and some of the parts that had been replaced were not correct and causing issues). This was an unexpected expense and he let us know what we needed to replace and what we could hold off on. He worked quickly and I was able to get to my afternoon appointment in plenty of time. Outside of the fact that unexpected expenses are never fun, the whole experience with Josh and Precision Garage Doors was great. I highly recommend them, and we will use them again in the future!

Would recommend him to anyone. He not only replaced the spring but also conducted a full inspection of my door and opener. He explained what all he found and what he recommended.
