We requested Mike Feltner of Precision Garage Door Service to make a repair to our outdoor remote control box. Mike knew exactly what the problem was, made a change out, entered our code and reinstalled the unit. Mike is very knowledgeable about the products he installs and is a very efficient employee. My experience with everyone, which was 4 different individuals, was awesome! From the very begining scheduling a free estimate to installation. The team was professional, responsive, and provided great customer service! I especially loved the texts that gave more about each team member we encountered! Such a nice personal touch. I had a coil spring break on my garage door. I called Precision after looking at reviews online. Had an excellent experience. Our technician Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Would recommend him to anyone. He not only replaced the spring but also conducted a full inspection of my door and opener. He explained what all he found and what he recommended. There was no pressure. Which I really appreciated. Will be using this company again.

I’m having a huge garage sale tomorrow and I came home today and my garage door would not open. One of my springs broke. My neighbor gave me Precisions number, and I called at 11am and Josh was at my door 35 minutes later. Josh was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and gave my golden retrievers all the pets. He checked out our whole garage door and he informed my husband and I about some issues with our door that we were unaware of(it’s original with the house and some of the parts that had been replaced were not correct and causing issues). This was an unexpected expense and he let us know what we needed to replace and what we could hold off on. He worked quickly and I was able to get to my afternoon appointment in plenty of time. Outside of the fact that unexpected expenses are never fun, the whole experience with Josh and Precision Garage Doors was great. I highly recommend them, and we will use them again in the future!

Tony came to my house on time and was very easy to talk to. He explained everything perfectly. I knew I needed new eyes for the garage door to shut, but he showed me how old and worn my rollers were and that the bottom brackets were rusting out. He took care of it all in a timely manner and am very pleased with everything!!
