We were scheduled for service between 2 and 4. Someone from the office called to inform us that it would be between 4 and 5. Happy for the call. Mike then called when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was shown the problem. He informed us of what needed to be taken care of. He was very polite and professional. Great man to work with. Your company is lucky to have such a qualified person working for you. Thank you.
