I found company on line. It said call today and we’ll be there in 4 hours. So, I called. The lady I talked to was very pleasant, courteous, and informative. She gave me a window for the tech to arrive. He was on time. Early in the window in fact. He also contacted me about 30min before arrival. I had a broken spring on an 8 year old door. Colin K was the tech. Very pleasant, informative, and did an excellent job. He installed new upgraded springs (2), shaft bearings and rollers. The door now works great. I would recommend your company and will use you again if needed. Thank you

I got the name from a neighbor. I did not know what to expect. The technician explained all that was involved with the motor and why it should be replaced and then what I could do to make it more efficient. We do have a lot of surges in this area and I was thrilled that I could get a surge protector. The technician and his new follower were terrific to work with. They are above everyone in the service industry as far as I'm concerned.

First, we chose Precision based on your same day service and the reviews of work done by your technicians, and your company did not fail us on either reason. When the technician, Cole P., arrived, he was on time the same day, and performed a great job. He was friendly and respectful of both us and our property. He explained what his steps would be in looking at our problem. Once he ascertained what the problem was, he explained to our understand what that was and then reviewed with us about 4 or 5 different options and costs. Once we chose the option best for us, he proceeded efficiently with the job, and problem was solved, all in the same day visit. In closing, I would like to say that in my pre-retirement job was a manager over all Administrative services at a hospital, dealing with hiring/firing employees, and working with many other outside my department. In Cole, you have a dedicated, friendly and respectful employee who keeps the customer informed of the work, and all he is doing. We enjoyed meeting him, and he is truly a keeper as an employee. Thank you and Cole, for your professional service I did not choose a purchased product below, as we had several of those options done.

The door was making noises which necessitated my call initially so I decided to get the replacement springs and related parts. Corporate greed has taken over and for 1 1/2 hours worth of work with two springs and a new cable and $1100 later we are back up and running. We didn't get an estimate of how much everything was going to be till the installer had already removed the springs. I think we would have gotten a 2nd opinion had we known it was going to be this much. I would have gladly paid the $88 for your initial visit. I know I have an 8'0 heavy door, but let's be realistic. It's eight years old, so the door wasn't broken. If we had gone with the lesser springs it would have been $700 and $400 more for the heavy duty springs, which your installer recommended. I am shocked that you can get so many five star ratings with the way you do business. Shame on you for the way you conduct your business!

Serivice was very quick. Called about broken spring and service guy (Jarad) was here within an hour and half. Jarad was very nice and helpful. Very professional. After installing new springs he notices the previous ceiling install of the garage door was incorrectly mounted. Not only did he inform me about it, he offered, and did, help me (mostly him) fix it. We had a cable cord break on our garage door about 2:00 on Friday afternoon. I called two local companies and neither one could get to me until Monday. I Googled Emergency Garage Door Repair and Precision Garage Door popped up. I called them and I had a service technician at my home 15 minutes later. The technician (Brock)was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He repaired the cable and recommended a couple of other things be replaced but he wasn’t pushy at all. I was extremely happy with the quick and efficient service the Precision Garage Door provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The service we received from Drew definitely deserves a 5 star rating. He quickly identified the problem with our garage door and made the repair. He also took the initiative to retape and tuck away the wire and coil that had pulled away from the wall… now it looks much nicer and professionally done. Drew noticed a couple items that could potentially cause future issues, with no pressure to make the repair, however, I did ask that he go ahead and fix those potential problems.
