Wonderful experience! Scheduled appointment online and received an appointment time the same day. Technician actually called and said he could be there a few minutes early. Ryan L was our technician. A very nice lady kept me informed on when my tech would arrive. The tech called to tell me he was 10 minutes away. They came out, didn't pressure me to buy anything. They gave me options and let me decide. The work was done in no time! The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything in detail Thank you Precision.

Nick, the technician arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection and offered three variations of how to repair the door. He was very efficient. When the work was completed, he explained what was done and the parts replaced. We tasted the door and performed a lot better.

Called Monday morning and spoke with Mandy. Super polite and able to get me scheduled same day. Nick was the technician. Wasn’t home but he contacted me and explained all the work needing to be done. Of course like any service call, more would be required to fix my overhead door. Nick was extremely professional in explaining why it was more than originally thought needed to be replaced. Site unseen, can’t blame him for that! He got everything repaired/replaced and the overhead is working great. Had to contact the office next day. This time I spoke with Alyssa and then Amanda. Both are professional and courteous. Amanda assured me that they’re a customer oriented company. They proved it with me and will be always recommended anytime I’m asked about overhead doors. If the boss is reading this, Mandy, Alyssa, Nick & Amanda all need raises!

I called for a replacement seal for my garage door, it was 3:30 PM and they were out here by four. Robert S was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything in detail. It was like talking to a neighbor, that’s how much he put you at ease. They did a great job

My garage door jammed and I called Precision. Their original on site fee was very reasonable and they had a technician come out within an hour and fix the issue. I had never done anything to the door other than springs and a new door opener and I have lived in my house for over 30 years. The cables had all snapped and there was plenty of damage. The technician was amazing. He explained everything and was very up front about all that was needed. He gave me a full price of the repairs. He had the items in his truck and he had me back up and running within 2 hours. I was thrilled with the whole process and the new parts make my door open and close easily. I am very happy with the service I received.
