I was right. I am very satisfied with the service provided on my garage door. I didn't know I was living with an accident waiting to happen. Nobody wants to hear the bad news that something needs to be fixed - but the alternative was scary. I'm very happy I called and I am satisfied with my lifetime warranty for parts and labor.
