We chose you because you name came up on the computer when I entered Garage Door Repair. The young man (Isaac) was very pleasant, he answered all our questions, and we would recommend your company to our friends. If we need your services again, we would hope to get the same young man.

Today's experience with Issac was outstanding. He explained exactly what we needed to get our garage door back to good condition, including which parts beyond springs needed to be replaced for the best operation. Once we agreed on the proper course, he was able to get the repairs done quickly. Issac was very personable and I think he should get an immediate raise.

Eric was fantastic. He explained everything clearly. He gave us options for us to choose from. He was professional, showed up on time and introduced himself. He got straight to the issue I explained and showed me the circuit board which caused the problem. I will have no problem recommending Precision or using Precision if the need arises again.

Brandon was super! He was very helpful in detailing what was wrong with our garage door and was able to advise on other issues that he saw that contributed to the issue. He did not pressure us to do anything and gave multiple options. Precision is the only company I call for garage door service. They have always been very helpful, honest, and quick to get our service scheduled.

I was able to get a technician out to my house surprisingly quick. It was a good experience from the first phone call. I was greeted with a friendly person on the phone as well as the technician that came out. The technician was courteous, professional and answered all of my many questions. He seemed very knowledgable. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and my new garage door opener.

I was so impressed with precision!! To start with the amazing text message I received 45 minutes prior to arrival. The technician Austin D. called 10 minutes prior to arrival to make sure I was ready for him to arrive. He was friendly and provided all pricing prior to doing anything. I will always call Precision for anything else I need. I will definitely ask for Austin D. If that is permitted. NICE JOB!

I spoke with 2 ladies who were polite, helpful, without being pushy, and knowledgeable with quick responses. Eric the repair serviceman was on time, while keeping us informed as to his arrival, directed us through our repair options and costs. Was efficient in making the repairs and make sure all devices were in sink and operating properly following the repairs.

Serviceman/installer was good. What is sad is that Precision Garage Door did NOT honor their warranty! Even though I had 1 year left on my Precision Door Opener unit, they said the part that went bad (sprocket) is no longer available. So I had to buy a new opener - out of pocket cost. Yes they gave credit to purchase the new one, but still out of pocket cost way toooo early!

I have used Precision Garage Doors before and have been very satisfied. Today, you sent RJ to repair our garage. He did a great job and was extremely personable. We discovered that we had both served in the US Army, although several decades apart. It is a pleasure working with Precision Garage Doors especially when they employ Veterans like RJ. Thanks for sending RJ, Bob Schnell

Precision installed our garage door opener about a year ago. We have had some issues with the door opening "on its own". They came out the same day we called, and the tech checked it out. In the last 24 hours we have not had any further issues. The tech was polite and efficient. He thoroughly explained the issue and the steps he took to solve the problem. He was very helpful. Precision as a company is very professional and communicated with us before and after the tech was here. I highly recommend Precision.
