Great service! I called precision to install a new opener. They helped find the real cause of the problem. The door is operating now - and I ended up not needing the opener. We had Overhead Door replace a broken spring, then shortly thereafter the door wouldn't close properly; one side closed flush, but the opposite side had a 4-5" gap. When we called them back, they said a return visit would entail another service call charge since (barely) more than 30 days had passed! So I wrote them off & called Precision. Eric came out as scheduled & showed me several worn/broken parts (bearings & rotors) that Overhead Door's "technician" (actually, calling him that is an insult to ALL technicians) didn't mention. Eric fixed the problem quickly & the door now closes tightly, smoothly and QUIETLY. I can't think of a reason to call anyone else about my garage door from now on.
