Precision was very easy to work with. I called the office and received friendly, helpful advice. I ordered two new garage door openers. The company stayed in touch to let me know when the installer would be arriving; there was a delay but Precision offered options to help. Our technician was friendly, efficient, and made sure we knew how to operate our system. The belt drive opener is extremely quiet - we were very pleased!

Great respond i called 1st thing Friday, the technician was out to our place in about 20 minutes. He assessed the problem, explained the options and completed all repairs efficiently. Recommended proactive replacement of some wearing parts, but we decided to keep an eye on it and begin budgeting for a complete rebuild at a later date.
