I called Precision when the spring broke on my 25 year old garage door. The complete experience was what you hope for if you have a needed repair. I complain about the new keypad today.I immediately received a phone call to schedule an appointment. They came and changed the key pad for new one, which is working fine. They also inspected the unit and door and found no problems. I did not have to pay a penny more. So I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Eric
