Precision was very easy to work with. I called the office and received friendly, helpful advice. I ordered two new garage door openers. The company stayed in touch to let me know when the installer would be arriving; there was a delay but Precision offered options to help. Our technician was friendly, efficient, and made sure we knew how to operate our system. The belt drive opener is extremely quiet - we were very pleased!

Technician Andrew was very professional and polite . Called in advance before the arrival . He was able to fix the garage door under the warranty without any hassle . Recommended appropriate repairs on the smaller garage door which I agreed to and he took care of it as well . He had all the parts on the truck . Work was performed in a timely fashion. Great respond i called 1st thing Friday, the technician was out to our place in about 20 minutes. He assessed the problem, explained the options and completed all repairs efficiently. Everything was completed by a little after 10 minutes, which allowed me keep my days schedule without interruptions.
