Josh was great!!!! The issue was a minor repair - lubed rollers fixed previous dent from previous repair. Said rollers will need replaced in a couple of years. Just overall wonderful experience.

Precision scheduled same-day service. Weather was horrible (snow, again) but Eric still arrived within the scheduled time and performed the repair very quickly. He was very thorough in explaining the problem with the opener and the suggested repairs. Eric and the Precision team were very professional.

We actually had many things repaired. The garage door opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of other things. Eric was very professional and explained everything to me. Very pleased with the whole experience. Not so happy that it ended up costing so much...but it needed to be done right.

Everything about your website, office staff on the phone, availability and overall professionalism told me I was choosing a company with confidence. Completely out shining the area competitors. My technician knew what he was doing, was efficient, but didn't make me feel rushed.
