First, when I called to make the appointment a real human answered the phone. Amanda helped me get an appointment that was convenient to MY schedule, Loved that!! Someone called me in the afternoon to tell me that the appointment would be closer to the end of the time frame in case I wanted to do other things. WOW!! Eric was professional and very knowledgeable. My garage doors are working perfectly and so thankful that I called you all!!

Requested service for a keypad that wasn't working. Phone answered quickly, politely, and rep. was able to help me decide if I needed an electrician or GDO repair. Appointment was made for that day even though I was not in a particular hurry (my door was working). Tech could not arrive until 90 minutes beyond the time window given, but I happened to be available so it was not a problem, and the service called me to notify me of the schedule delay BEFORE the original time window expired (that rarely happens with many services). The tech was polite, knowledgeable, QUICK, answered all my questions, advised me of price before performing work, showed me parts that needed repair, tried to save a part if possible, etc. Thanks.

I called around to 5 different garage door companies to get a quote, and Precision was the only one to ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment after giving me a quote. The rest provided me with the quote and then said good bye. This was one of the main reasons we decided to choose Precision. Jeremy arrived promptly when he said he would, and he thoroughly explained what was wrong with our garage door and provided us with all of the options. He wasn't pushy about making the big sale at all. My husband could see that more parts than just spring needed to be replaced. Once we decided to replace all the worn out parts, Jeremy got right to work. He completed everything in less than an hour, and our garage door works better than ever. Jeremy was professional and polite the entire time he was here. If we are faced with garage door issues in the future (hopefully not in the near future), we will definitely call Precision.
