We are very pleased with our service. Our garage door would not go up, but the motor would run.We called and told them we were "stuck" here until they could come. Our tech came within 2 hours of our call.He explained the things that were broken and how much it would cost to fix them. He was VERY polite and friendly. He had everything fixed within an hour and showed us how the new parts were working. The heat that day was really bad and we heard no complaints!! 6 stars!!!!

Troy and crew were very intent on making sure the door was properly installed and perfectly aligned. He also identified the faulty rubber seal and indicated it would be replaced. I would recommend the company to others looking for a new door. This is the second house on which we have installed new garage doors provided by Precision Garage Doors and very pleased with the results in both instances.

Service was performed very timely as promised when order was taken. Travis was very cordial and attentive to the problem with the springs. He also identified corroded and defective rollers that I was unaware of as being a problem. Would use them again and will definitely call for a quote when a new door or other service is required.

Josh did a good job explaining the difference between the chain drive opener we ordered and a better belt drive. Installation went well, he programmed both of our car remotes and the new keypad. Also took the time to discuss the spring system on our door that was installed in 2010, and the issues we may incur. Will decide what action we may take.

My garage door was working intermittently and I suggested that the capacitor was giving trouble. The technician thought the motor was probably playing up which I thought was unlikely. Glad I pushed the point as it was indeed the capacitor which was leaking. Anyway, the job was done speedily although the technician didn't seem too happy. When I asked where one could purchase a capacitor in future I received an abrupt, I don't know. Same response when I asked where his company purchased them from. Seems like they were looking for a quick buck and weren't interested in too much conversation when it appeared it would be a quick job. Speedy service but remain on your toes..

Hi Carl, Thank you for the review. I have spoken with the Technician to make sure he will be more aware of how he is perceived. Customer Service and experience is very important to us. The technician really wouldn't know where we get the parts. We get them from the manufacturer, or a dealer that wouldn't sell to the general public. Precision replaced two garage doors for me and the finished product was excellent. The old doors were about five years past their life expectancy and the new doors were matched perfectly to our house paint and look and sound much better than what we had. Since we also upgraded to an insulated door, I'm hopeful that we will notice a difference when the weather turns cold. Great job by Josh and Eric!

I needed to have the garage door spring replaced. Vicki took my call today and explained what services could be provided and the pricing. She was very professional and easy to talk to on the phone. Eric called ahead and said he could come out 2 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment to repair the spring. He educated me on the components of the door and how they all work. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. He is great with customer rapport. I had an excellent experience with Precision and would absolutely recommend them.

Troy was a gentleman. He told me that I needed new springs. He did not tell me that I needed a whole new Liftmaster unit. He said that my unit was manufactured in 2001. He said that the springs were weak and could break soon. My neighbors have had to recently replace the springs of their garage door openers. These homes were built the same year. So I decided to have Troy do the recommended work. I am surprised that there is no guarantee for the spring that was replace. ?????

I selected Precision based on a review in Angie's List and am very happy that I did. The original job was to move an existing opener from the 2-car side of the garage to the 1-car side and install a new opener on the 2-car side. What Eric discovered was that both garage doors were installed with undersized springs which had caused premature wear on all of the moving parts that were a little over a year old. He took the time to explain my options to rebuild or ignore the problem. In the end, I decided to replace the worn parts and springs in order to have garage doors that were balanced and problem free into the foreseeable future. I am extremely please with the quality of work done as well as the quality and functionality of the two LiftMaster openers. Kudos to your company for having well trained and personable installers. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
