We called on a Sunday evening around 7pm when we discovered that the spring had broken on our garage door. We set an appointment for between 10pm-12am that evening. Josh called back promptly and said he could be there in 5 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the service and options. He was able to not only replace the springs, but re-build the entire mechanism in about an hour. He was professional and really provided some peace of mind for a stressful situation. My kudos to Josh and Precision!

Aaron was very polite, professional & patient. He gave a courtesy call to inform he was on his way & arrived within the time frame he had mentioned. He was very knowledgeable of the product(s) & sincere with his input. He answered every question we had and was respectful of us, as customers, and also of our home. One of the things that stood out about his personality was how easy going he is & how he was willing to take a minute of his time to carry a conversation with our two little kids. That in itself speaks volume of who he is as a person and also how he's able to relate well with customers... He is the one we will be requesting anytime we need help. Overall, the entire experience from calling in, setting up the appointment & service was great.

I thought it was the cable that came off the pulley. He fixed it in a timely manner. He also adjusted my light in my garage opener and lose wiring. Josh did an excellent job!
