The initial customer service rep was informed and friendly and scheduled me at 10pm for the next day. Mike (technician) did a great job educating me on the door springs and other parts necessary to ensure a long-term fix since we plan on being in our home for many years. Mike was not only knowledgeable but appeared honest going over several scenarios in which the problem could be solved at different costs. I spent more than I planned as I originally thought we would.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Precision. Starting with the fact that someone was actually there to take my call on a Sunday afternoon, I was very impressed. The customer service was very friendly and helpful and Josh was at my house in less than 24 hrs. to fix the door. He was very friendly, explained what he found after his explanation, and how to fix the problems in a way that was understandable. Best of all, the door was up and working again in less than an hour of when he pulled in the driveway. Even our dogs loved him! I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone.
