Upon my return I was extremely satisfied with the installation and operation of my new opener, remote entry, and new wiring, etc. The noise level during operation is greatly reduced from my previous opener and I would certainly recommend your company without reservation. First of all, I appreciate your availability over the weekend. The need for service was unexpected and Precision was there to help. My technician, Mike, was very professional in appearance and conduct. He is a fine representative for your company. He recommended and overhaul which I wss not expecting, but he conveyed the need in a professional and low pressure manner. I found him to be honest and for that reason, approved the additional services. Mike left no debris after servicing was completed. I had no problems since the service was completed. In addition, your customer service rep was very courteous and helpful when I initially called for service. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. My compliments to you for hiring fine people and those (Mike) who served our country. Please let him know he is appreciated in both respects.

Josh was great! Only slight issue was that ordered oversized bottom rubber, that Josh clearly explained did not have on truck at initial appt. and would need to come back to install following week, however no follow up call received from Precision. I had to call one and a half weeks later to follow up & request installation.

All around great company. First time to need a garage door repair. The apt call was fast and easy, Worker showed up on time and was very polite, knowledgable, and just a nice guy to talk to and learn stuff about garage doors. Door was fixed perfect and he was gone in 40 minutes. I wish all company's I deal with were this professional.
