I have to say I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door! I called this morning at around 4:00am because I was unable to get my garage door to open up. I was stuck!! I was unable to go to work. The rep over the phone was extremely helpful and got me a same appointment. Scott D the repair technician came out to my home and fixed the problem without issues I even had him look everything over so would have no other issues. He did a fantastic job and I am now all set. Thank you!!

The garage door springs broke first thing Monday morning trapping our cars in. I went on-line to schedule an appointment and the springs were replaced by lunch! Ryan, the service technician, was excellent at his trade, and with customer service. I highly recommend these people for installation, service, and repair of garage doors. We are beyond thrilled with the service we received from Teddy this past Saturday. My garage spring broke Saturday afternoon and I called to have someone come out and was so happy they were able to send me someone that same day. Teddy was very helpful, knowledgeable and so great to work with. He had us fixed and back in business within an hour. I couldn’t be more happy with our service from him. He’s a great guy!
