My Model opener is 2028. The opto wheel was bad. The Teck replace the wheel and the unit is know working as it should!! For anyone who has this model opener to me this looks like it may be a on going problem? The new park looks like the old part when it comes to thickness of the part? The old part was cracked. Precision is 5 star in my book!!

Great service from Mike. Appreciated being able to use coupon for service call. The other coupons for rollers and springs were for cheaper ones but not for the nicer, better, longer lasting ones. Should be able to use coupon for either. That was disappointing.

Just moved to Fishers, IN and chose Precision Garage Door from the internet. As it turned out they had serviced the door at the residence prior to our purchasing the home.
