Garage door repair. The service technician was very informative and explained everything he was doing and why. He also went over a few things to look for when maintaining the door to keep it in top working condition. He replaced the cables for he notice one was frayed and would have broken in the near future. Now how many service companies would have done that, not many! Keep up the awesome work.

Josh was great. I was disappointed in my initial phone call. I feel as though it is a little deceitful to say you are running a special on repairing one spring + not tell customer upfront that the other spring will likely break if you don't repair both at one time. I will not recommend your service because of this.

Hi Laura, Thank you for the feedback. Many doors in this area are originally installed with only one spring(this is cheaper option some companies use to shave cost, that ends up costing the homeowner down the road), therefore when a customer calls we don't really know what they will need. There are also cases where although its recommended to replace both springs at the same time, some companies don't do it this way, in hopes of tacking on another trip fee when the second breaks in my opinion. We just can't speculate over the phone what is needed in your specific case, nor what work you may have had done in the past. I assure you when you were quoted there was no intent to deceive you, and hope you will reconsider and use Precision Door in the future, and recommend us to friends and neighbors. I have been extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism with Precision Doors. They came the same day I called and were able to meet me after my work day. It only took them a matter of minutes to detect and fix my garage door opener's problem. The technician even did some extra preventative maintenance because the repair took no time at all. I would recommend Precision any time!

Geoff was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing for me. Precision was called to put in a garage door opener but Geoff found other problems with the door. He explained and showed me that I needed new cables and bearings. The door is 28 yrs old. Geoff let me know the price and let me decide if I wanted the work done. There was no high pressure. I do hope that the rest of the technicians are as nice and professional as Geoff.

I had a broken torsion spring and was quoted ~$210 to get both springs replaced. After inspection Ryan told me that he would also recommend to get rollers, cable and wheels replaced for $664 to get lifetime warranty, and I agreed although it's much more expensive than I expected. Ryan did an excellent job to get everything done within an hour, and the garage door is much quieter than it used to be. Ryan's service is very good and courteous. However I would really prefer to see a printed detailed list for all the services/packages and prices your company can offer, instead of just a few numbers from a technician.

Technician showed up on time, looked professional, was thorough in checking all components of the door, knowlegeable with garage door mechanics, made suggestions as to what could be improved, offered to make those improvements, performed work quickly, provided accurate billing, explained the warranty, and hauled away the refuse.
