I found Precision Garage Door online. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. I was able to get an appointment for later the same day. The technician that came out was also helpful and up front about cost. He worked quickly and did a great job explaining what he was doing to make our garage door work well.

Ryan arrived at my residence in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgable about my repairs. He also pointed out other concerns about another door while doing an inspection. Although it was going to cost additional to perform the service I felt it was important to make the repairs. He did show me what was wrong and what could or would eventually happen if not repaired. He was still very quick about making his repairs. He did a good job and explained everything to me.

Excellent work, timely, and professional. Good attitude. After fixing the primary problem asked if there were any other problems to resolve. Went above and beyond by fixing a couple of other minor issues before leaving. Took the time to ensure proper operation and answer any questions I had.

Ryan was awesome! He called ahead of time to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and will be coming in 20 minutes. He got to our house an hour earlier than scheduled.
