I have been a customer of your company for so long that I honestly don’t remember how I found out about you, but it had to be through some type of advertising because I needed you in an emergency situation. I was very impressed with the young man Mike who was my technician today. He introduced himself to me when I answered the door and when we looked at the garage door he seemed very knowledgeable and answered a few of my questions. He went about his job explaining to me what he was doing and why and what my door needed. He finished the job and then checked the door thoroughly to make sure everything was fixed. Joel, you should be very proud of the way that Mike represents your company. The service provided was excellent. My experience started with with a polite customer service representative who promptly answered my phone call and made arrangements for a service call. The technician was equally polite and professional, and his expertise and skills were exceptional. After he performed the work, he took the time to share other helpful operational information. At the end of the call, he asked one last time if I was completely satisfied. I'll be calling again soon for additional repairs.
