I called Precision again based on my past experience. This time the spring in the other garage door broke after 20+ years. I called in the morning and Nick Z arrived as expected. He was very polite and professional. He completed the work quickly along with a tune-up of the door. Very happy with the service.

I had good things about you and, researching your website and other referrals, I decided to try you for installation of our two car and additional single car garage doors and one motor for the two car door. We have been so impressed with the insulation properties of the doors and the quiet performance of the Genie door opener that, when we decided to get the single car door opener replaced this year along with an annual tune up of both doors, we didn't look anyplace else. Owen, the technician, was extremely courteous and highly skilled and neat. Everything looks and operates wonderfully. Thanks a second time, Precision Door!

Our technician, Royal F, arrived on time, was professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with the garage door opener and repaired it quickly, too. He inspected and lubricated the hinges & track. Then, he helped me install the WiFi app for remote operation. He did a great job.

Garage door spring broke and left us unable to open the door. I was able to schedule an appointment and same day, RJ was out to perform the fix. He was on time, courteous and thorough. I felt well informed when he reviewed the estimate for replacing the spring and a few other items that he brought to my attention. I have had Precision Door come to my house before. So I was familiar with the company. I was not disappointed on this call. Austin was on time and professional. He made the necessary inspections and determined what I kinda already knew that I needed a new door. We went through the options and I did not feel pressured one way or another. Austin was a great example of an outstanding employee. He protected my property and was professional through the entire process. I have ordered the garage door and necessary equipment and will have it installed in a week.

We are interested in replacing our garage doors. Your service representative, Corey Ellis came to the house at the scheduled time, listened to our needs, gave us pamphlets and answered our questions, measured our garage door openings, and then calculated the projected cost for the doors. Joey was very prompt and kind when he arrived. He assisted us in temporarily opening the door to get our kids to school before inspecting and repairing the spring. Joey even interacted with our kids and told them to have a great day at school on their way out. Joey provided us two estimates and discussed the advantages of each one. He helped us make informed decisions based on how long we plan to be in our house, and also provided some tips to keep the door maintained throughout the life of our door. It was a real pleasure to work with Joey and Precision!

We originally called Precision based on a neighbor’s referral because the keypad wasn’t working properly. Orlando examined it and also reviewed and/or tested the various garage door components. There was no “hard sell“, simply a demonstration that the springs were pretty worn and we decided they needed replacing as well. Orlando was very patient and thorough answering all of our questions. He did a great job!

Austin and Issac did a fabulous job. I reached out to Precision as they had installed our garage door opener to purchase an additional remote door opener. They recommended a tune up based on how long ago we purchased the opener. They arrived within an hour of my request. They completed the tune up and programmed the new remote for us within 30 minutes. It was a great experience and I will continue to use Precision in the future. The best part was Austin and Issac. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
