We heard a loud pop and realized that we needed a repairman. Called and someone was there the next morning. Tony was our technician and he explained what was wrong in great detail. He gave us options for all of the parts and costs for different levels of repair. He was very efficient and completed the job in a short period of time. They sent someone out to look at it within an hour of our call! Our technician, Orlando, was great. The ability to book an appointment online and have a service call. The following day was so convenient. Providing a short bio of the service person who was coming, helped me feel more comfortable with meeting him. This is a great feature. Teddy was the utmost professional in his demeanor, appearance and communication. He was so nice and personable so it made me comfortable dealing with him. He kept me informed at every step of the process and provided several options for my repair work. The best thing he did was ask me at the beginning of the appointment about my objective for the service call. I told him I wanted a working garage door and even though it was pretty major repair, he stayed until the job was finished and I could use my garage again. Plus, he even swept out my garage! My garage door spring broke and I needed replacement ASAP. Crystal said the earliest was Saturday morning. I later received a text from her saying Tony D. could make the same day appointment between 5pm-6pm. Tony D. gave me different estimates and let me chose which option that I think was best long term. I realized that the quality of parts and the knowledge and experience Tony provided justified the price and value of the repair and replacement. Tony did a great job in making my garage door working optimally longer and better.

I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.

I had a spring on my garage door snap at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and repair the door. I was surprised when a technician could come out between 3 & 6 that same afternoon! Kevin was our technician and he was very professional an walked through all our option. He let us know what HAD to be done to keep us safe and what COULD be done to prevent further issues. There was no sales pressure at all - he went through each option and we came up with the best solution for our situation. I am VERY pleased with the experience from the person answering the phone to final finished repair. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who is in need of a repair.
