I can afford the higher end, but he didn’t know that going in and provided multiple options, which I appreciated. Not to mention the quality was top notch, and he was intentional to say if any issues moving forward, to please call and he would take care of it. You have a good one! Mike was great!!! He replaced springs and rollers on our wooden garage door. The work was done in a timely fashion and we appreciated being quoted a price after his assessment, but before starting the job. We were given multiple repair options. Technician Austin D did a great job providing exactly what I needed. He re-programmed a broken remote, helped me program a new car to open the garage door, and installed a keypad outside the garage. Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! I would be thrilled to have Austin back for any other garage door needs we may have in the future.

Our garage door was not opening so I called Precision Door Service and they had a technician out within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Andrew Sroka did a fantastic job explaining what the problem was and how best to proceed. I would highly recommend this company.

Called Precision door on Friday morning regarding a very squeaky garage door. They were able to send someone the same day. They called to update me on the arrival time and then when it cam closer Mike F. called to say he was 20 min away. Mike listened to my concerns about the door and then inspected the garage door. I went to the garage after his inspection and he explained things to me so I would understand. Mike was very professional and told me the options and did not pressure me to go one way or another. He had the parts needed to upgrade some parts on the door which eliminated the squeaking and will prolong the life of the door parts. I would highly recommend Precision door and if you get Mike to come out you are lucky.
