My keypad wasn’t working so I called Precision based on reviews online. I was given an appointment for next day but was called with an opening later same day. Pat was the technician. He was personable and explained things clearly. I told him that my door was wonky when it opened and closed and he explained why that happened and gave me 3 options to consider to remedy the problem. I chose one of the options and got a new keypad and cables and wheels. The visit and the work was completed in under 2 hrs. I would recommend Precision for any garage door problem.

This is the second time we’ve reached out to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to help when our door had issues. Last time was 5-star service, and so was the experience we had yesterday. Every aspect of the service was top notch. The online booking was convenient and the staff member that called us was very helpful and accommodating to our schedule. Ryan was attentive, personable, and performed high quality work on our door. His problem solving skills and attention to detail is very appreciated! Our door works perfectly now!

I was very pleased that your company was able to come the same day that I called for service. Our main spring had broken trapping our cars in the garage. Ryan arrived early and he gave me a good picture of all the parts that needed to be replaced. He was very pleasant and efficient. The Precision Team, Eric and Brandon were knowledgeable and efficient and gave us total confidence in their abilities. We received an impressive, detailed text when they were on their way. Also, the service call was made the day after we called to request service. It is so nice to deal with professionals who really know what they are doing and know their business. Precision is very lucky to have Eric and Brandon on their team. Also, they were personable and courteous and diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. In addition, they made the repairs efficiently. If ever needed, we would definitely use Precision again, we highly recommend them!
