I have used Prescision for maintenance and repairs for the last few years. Our garage door opener was nearing the end of it's life and I knew that going in to the appointment today. The technician was informative and educational and provided me with various options and levels of price and I chose to replace it now rather than wait until it totally died during the winter. I have always been extremely happy with thier customer service and price every time I have used Precision.

The tech, Ryan, arrived 1- 1 1/2 hrs after I called for service, within 10 -20 min of the earliest estimated window and finished the job within his estimated window. He showed me the part of the old garage door opener which had failed and could not be fixed because of its age. He showed and explained to me the various replacement options without pressure for a particular one, answering my question along the way. He also identified and fixed developing problems with the garage door. He was courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Door and Ryan (hopefully all the techs are as good as he is)!

I had my entire garage door and track and electrical replaced. The technician Tim Whitlow was absolutely wonderful. He did a thorough safety checklist on my door and operating systems and he explained everything to me in detail. He gave me lots of options of doors and colors to pick from.
