Precision made it very easy to schedule an appointment online for a next day service. The technician, Teddy, was extremely courteous and repaired the garage door and wrote up a suggested maintenance plan. Very happy with the repair and the way the company treats it’s customers.

Garage Door spring broke over the weekend, called the company that installed our garage door that has 24/7 service, but they did not answer their phones after an hour, so I called Precision. The customer service person was very friendly, and gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled the appointment for the same day, with no upcharge/service fee for the weekend. The service technician Ryan called us on his way to our home and was there on time. Ryan did a great job fixing our garage door. If I have any other issues with my garage door, I will certainly use Precision!

Precision apparently doesn't service my unit, and just recommends replacing it when there are issues. They found the manual online and tried and adjustment, which didn't work. tNext time just ask what the garage unit is to save everyone the trouble.
