Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Even though there ended up being nothing wrong with the door, he checked it over thoroughly, made a few adjustments and discovered that the opener was coming loose from the wall. That’s what was making the noise I was hearing. I have always had positive experiences with Precision.

The service provided was excellent. My experience started with with a polite customer service representative who promptly answered my phone call and made arrangements for a service call. The technician was equally polite and professional, and his expertise and skills were exceptional. After he performed the work, he took the time to share other helpful operational information. At the end of the call, he asked one last time if I was completely satisfied. I'll be calling again soon for additional repairs.

Drew T was my technician today. Drew arrived before the scheduled time (Angie called first to confirm that this time change worked with my schedule) and was very knowledgeable. Drew was thorough and explained everything he found in his inspection. He outlined all of our options for our repair/replacement. Once we decided how we wanted to proceed, Drew was able to replace the parts on the spot in a short time. Drew was great, you won’t be disappointed if he ends up being your technician!
