My experience with Precision Garage, and the work done was excellent. I'd definitely give them a 5 star for quality of service, and professionalism. The service rep, Austin, called ahead and was on time. He was very personable and professional. Work was finished in about 30 minutes. Will hire again if needed. Highly recommended.

I needed a new garage door opener. . . .the motor, remote control on the garage door, two openers, everything. I also had the rubber on the bottom of the door replaced. I am very satisfied with the two hours of work that your employee did. He explained what and why I needed the replacements; my equipment was over 20 years old. I am please with the new equipment. Ben came out today to look at our garage door making some popping noises. He looked at everything and found the problem. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed it. Great job and he was pleasant to talk to. That really makes a difference to me. Keep hiring more like Ben. He definitely deserves some recognition in my opinion.

I always appreciate when a company can make my life easier. That is exactly what Precision Garage Door did. When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!
