We had been having issues with very loud noises when putting the door up and down. I was sure every day, this was the day it was going to break. One of your commercials where the guy says when the spring broke "oh it just has an attitude" always made me giggle but is one of the reasons I called your company. Even though it ended up costing more than we were expecting to have to pay, I am very pleased with the service we received. Andrew S and "the new guy" that came out were great at explaining everything that was going on and why we needed to upgrade the spring system. My springs broke and I couldn't get out of my garage. I contacted Precision because you have fantastic SEO and came up first and had good ratings. Drew, the tech, was amazing. I had an amazing experience with Ryan D today. He listened to my needs and told me what was best didn't sugar coat anything he was straight forward and showed me things I already could see and knew but for what I needed not putting a bandage on a sore that was going to cost me in the long run way more then just replacing now and healing the sore. Sure he would have been happy taking and putting the bandage on and coming out a few more times to put more bandages on until finally it was all fixed from top to bottom. He has saved me a lot of stress and grief by just getting down to the nitty gritty and taking care of the issues all at one time sure I may have to wait a bit to get it done but at least we are on the waiting list to get it done rather then just sitting here waiting on what to do next. Thank you Ryan D for being a great honest up front kind of service man and not sugar coating anything.

ay through an already trying day I found my garage door halfway closed, crooked, and off its rails. Having little hope I could get service today and resigned to the expense of a new garage door, I called Precision Garage Door Service. Adam was at my house within 3 hours, assessed the significant damage, offered me three options for fixing (not replacing) my door depending on whether I wanted the bare minimum or a longer term remedy, and then spent 2.5 hours fixing it on the spot! Adam was polite, well informed, explained everything in detail, and solved my issue for a reasonable price. No upselling, incredible service, and quality repair. A great experience despite the unfortunate and expensive circumstances. I highly recommend

Adam S. serviced my garage door, programmed a new remote I purchased from Chamberlain, and installed a new outside keypad for me. He did an excellent job and also let me know what issues I may have in the future and gave me estimates on doing some needed maintenance and other things to do to be proactive for the future. I was very impressed with Adam and would recommend him highly to anyone.

Excellent experience with Precision Door today. Last year we had an installation (not by precision) of a large commercial door installed at our home for ease of use with our handicap accessible vehicle. We have had nothing but problems with this door for the last year and finally today I called Precision Door for a second opinion/look. Not only was the tech able to come out same day, but he easily identified several issues with the original installation, called for backup, and they were able to completely do an overhaul installation on our huge door and fix all of the issues. Very professional, honest, and competent. Would highly recommend.

I called Precision through a referral on late Saturday afternoon because of a broken spring on the garage door. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and gave me the first appointment Monday a.m. I received my promised call from the technician with a time of arrival. He assessed the problems and showed me options and I made the choices I wanted for repairs. Kevin Ulery was our service technician and was extremely efficient, professional and very informative! I felt very comfortable and assured of his recommendations. Kevin also brought along a trainee, Cory Barnett. It was Cory's first day on the job and I was so very pleased to hear that Precision had hired an Army Veteran. Thank you Cory for your service! Cory was equally as polite and will be an asset to Precision. I would call Precision again and most assuredly request Kevin or Cory for my service technician. I will certainly pass Precision Garage services on to my family and friends and also plan to place their name in our HOA directory for our neighbors. It was so refreshing to receive such GREAT customer service!!
