Fast. Efficient. Quality. Very happy with the service. Our garage door spring broke, so we searched a few companies. I could not have been more impressed with service technician Brock Dickinson. I had a spring replaced by a competitor in January and Brock pointed out why the work was not done correctly, leading to my current problem in October. I will only have Brock work on my garage door with issues moving forward.

Technician Mike was friendly and hard working. Replacing a very old wooden door on an old garage was challenging, and he had to retrofit some things to get the job done right. He did great work, and went above and beyond. When he was done he told me that his company could return at no charge and replace an entire panel because it had a barely noticeable "ding" on the inside. I said "no" but was very impressed with that offer!

Nick was knowledgeable and had all the parts on hand to make the repair the same day I called. Offered options up to a full replacement but I decided to just replace the sprocket. This is my second time having you guys out for a repair; would definitely use again. First repair last year was a broken spring on another door. These guys are consistent and do great work without a high pressure up sell.
