Technician Austin D did a great job providing exactly what I needed. He re-programmed a broken remote, helped me program a new car to open the garage door, and installed a keypad outside the garage. Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! I could not have been more impressed with service technician Brock Dickinson. I had a spring replaced by a competitor in January and Brock pointed out why the work was not done correctly, leading to my current problem in October. I will only have Brock work on my garage door with issues moving forward.
