Ryan L was here 830 and did a wo derful job, really great person informative and respectful and was great with dog and I also was working from home a call center and he was super respectful to me working. Technician Mike was friendly and hard working. Replacing a very old wooden door on an old garage was challenging, and he had to retrofit some things to get the job done right. He did great work, and went above and beyond. When he was done he told me that his company could return at no charge and replace an entire panel because it had a barely noticeable "ding" on the inside. I said "no" but was very impressed with that offer!

Nick was knowledgeable and had all the parts on hand to make the repair the same day I called. Offered options up to a full replacement but I decided to just replace the sprocket. This is my second time having you guys out for a repair; would definitely use again. First repair last year was a broken spring on another door. These guys are consistent and do great work without a high pressure up sell.

I have been a customer of your company for so long that I honestly don’t remember how I found out about you, but it had to be through some type of advertising because I needed you in an emergency situation. I was very impressed with the young man Mike who was my technician today. He introduced himself to me when I answered the door and when we looked at the garage door he seemed very knowledgeable and answered a few of my questions. He went about his job explaining to me what he was doing and why and what my door needed. He finished the job and then checked the door thoroughly to make sure everything was fixed. Joel, you should be very proud of the way that Mike represents your company.
