This was a garage door repair. Mike F was very professional, yet personable. He accessed our situation and explained very clearly to me our options. I chose option 3(long time solution) but asked him to call my husband to let him make the final decision. We did go with option 3 and Mike explained that everything he needed to make repair was with him and would not take long. Once completed, he explained just how he had repaired garage door and showed me. Last, but not least, he had me lower and raise garage door. He was very thorough and did a great job!! I would recommend him and your Company to anyone!! Thanks to Mike F, I can put my car back in the garage!!

We have a 3-year old home that was a builder's spec house. Accordingly, not a lot of higher-end fixtures were present when we bought the house. The original, chain-drive opener for our double garage door (the door was of high quality and very heavy) was under-powered. The opener would strain and the door would often bind, the rollers in the tracks screeching metal-on-metal. The noise was so loud our neighbors could hear it inside their home. I called Precision for advice and the two technicians spent considerable time explaining the issues. I asked that they provide 3 options and they did, further explaining the costs and benefits of each. I chose to upgrade to a more-powerful, belt-drive unit. The technicians upgraded the rollers, reinforced the door connection to the lift, and made sure the door was square and plumb. I entered the garage from the house the moment they were opening the newly-repaired door with the new belt-drive opener. I was amazed at how incredibly quiet the new system was. The Precision professionals gave me viable options, went beyond my expectations, and will get my business every time. Thank you!

My service technician was Kevin U and he was accompanied by Pascal. They both were very professional, honest, very knowledgeable, kind, caring and hard working. My house was built in 2002. I asked Kevin to please assess what needs to be repaired and or replaced. He provided me with three quotes to replace the unit and necessary parts and made it perfectly clear that it was my choice. He never once pushed me in anyway, and when I asked him questions he was very honest with me. I replaced the grange door opener, springs, keypad and all other necessary parts to the system excluding the track and the door. I can’t speak highly enough about Kevin U and Pascal. I have owned my own business, I am in the new home building business and work with many vendors every day and I could have used on of them. Customer service is extremely important to me and these two young men are phenomenal! They couldn’t do enough for me. They’re uniforms were professional and clean, they wore their masks, they worked hard and cleaned everything up including the leaves in my driveway. Lol These two are truly an asset to Precision and their manager should be extremely proud of them. This was my first experience with Precision. I chose you because I liked the professional and informative website including showing your technicians bio’s I would hands down hire these two gentleman in a heartbeat. I did several website searches for garage door work. After reading most of the reviews I decided to go with Precision not only because of location but of the many 5 star reviews. After leaving a request on line for service late Saturday, I received a call back from Precision's Scheduler the next Monday and discussed some preliminary pricing and set up an appointment for service. Service was quickly scheduled for the next day! I was called that next morning from Kevin U. of Precision letting me know they could be at my home within 10-15 minutes and if that was okay with me. Kevin U. and a "In Training" person showed up right on time. Kevin and I discussed my garage door, the current issues I knew about and then let Kevin U. review the existing door himself to work up a quote. After about 30 minutes, Kevin U. had a quote with several options and upgrades as we discussed. I selected the service on the door which included new rollers, main center bearing, new bearing on both left and right pulleys, new dual springs long with a full door service. I also decided to go with a new Lift Master belt drive garage door opener that came with a lifetime warranty on the motor and belt as well as WiFi as I wanted the ability for my wife and I to close the garage door remotely from our cellular phones with a simple App! A big plus was that Precision's parts and service are fully warranted for a full year! They also applied one of the company decals to the door with all their contact information with my approval. It took a few hours to complete the installation of all the service and new garage door opener. Kevin U. went over all the work performed and trained me on all the operation of the new garage door opener. This included the new wall device and the programming of both vehicles with remote door openers built-in to our vehicles, the two remotes that come standard with the Lift Master garage door opener and the new MyQ App for remote closing, opening and status. We did not fully upgrade to the 360 degree digital camera built-in to the Lift Master unit as we already have digital security cameras. In summary, Kevin U. and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service far exceeded my expectations in punctuality, length of service, quality and knowledge of their equipment, training and just being some of the friendliest people to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone! It was one of the best decisions I've made in taking care of our home. To my delight, the Lift Master unit with belt drive, new rollers,new bearings and service has made my garage door the quietest door in the neighborhood when it opens and closes! My wife and I couldn't be happier that we chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Thank you for a job well done!
