Great service and overall experience. I called early this AM after my spring broke and was able to get someone scheduled to come out and fix it. The tech Ben was v very professional and did a fantastic job of explaining everything before during and after the work. My door has never worked better. I'm not sure how the prices comp[are to others but Im happy with the service I received for the price. I noticed they offer military discounts but don't think I got one. Would use and recommend highly again.

We had an old opener moved to our third car bay and a new belt drive opener installed to make things quieter. I was hoping to get this done within a week. They were able to schedule me the same day I called. Mike did a fabulous job moving our old opener and installing the new one. We chose Precision based on their knowlegeable staff and great products. Mike arrived on time and in fact called because he was able to come earlier than expected which worked out perfectly.

I would highly recommend Precision. Our technician, Kevin, inspected the door and made suggestions as to other things that might improve the garage doors function as well as longevity. He was not pushy but very informative and left the decision up to me. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and he left the garage cleaner than he found it. Nick was amazing! He was fast precise and very much proud to represent Precision Garages. He had done prior work on our springs 2 years ago and came back to be the tech to fix our new problem. Its reassuring that all the parts with precision are warranty and although I have had only experience with one of their techs if all the techs are like Nick then you've choosen the right company to trust to do any of your work needed.
