Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Drew arrived and made the assessment in a timely fashion and determined my existing opener was 24 years old and barely functioning. He provided a replacement that is stealthily quiet and at a very good price. I am thrilled by the whole experience, and Drew was a Rock Star! Thanks Precision~

No one likes to spend money on a garage door opener, but if you do I highly recommend Precision garage doors. Ben was great! Presented me with a cost for repair on a 20 year old opener or pricing options on a couple new openers and door roller replacement. They understand what a burden this can be and provided me a really fair deal. I could not be happier with the new opener. Thanks Ben!!

Chose precision because of high ratings on google. Repair and technician were great. ...only downside was the $15 fuel surcharge. This was never mentioned until I saw my receipt. And $15 seems kinda excessive considering I’m in Carmel and you guys in noblesville. It’s about 28 miles round trip and with gas prices down so low even with a truck that gets poor gas mileage there’s no way the fuel cost more than $3.

Vladimir exceeded my expectations! He was so professional and friendly. He even adjusted the door so it would run smoothly. I appreciated the pricing and the quality of the product. I can’t day enough good things about Valimir. He was so wonderful. He installed two garage door openers. New construction.

Ben came out to our new home to help us install our garage door lifts. He was on time and stayed until the job was done. Ben also helped us understand how to look for wear on our garage doors and explained why we needed new garage door rollers. Definitely will highly recommend and request him!

Wonderful company and service tech Ben was amazing. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was perfect and most importantly the keypad and opener was programed before he left. I literally grabbed the tech as he was working on our neighbors garage and had him come over and give me a quote for a new garage door opener. After inspecting the tech said I needed new springs and replacement wheels for the track. I said great when can you do it! And he said right now if you wish! A couple of hours later and he was finished. This is an amazing opener and the door is so quiet now it's unbelievable. Precision has a great reputation and I know the price was fair. The tech was so polite and professional it was nice to deal with someone who really knew what they were doing. What a great experience!

Technician did a great job explaining what the problem was and what my options are. He gave me several options . He did a great work and replaced garage door opener and springs . One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!
