Mike called to let me know he was a few minutes from my home. Arrived on time. Next, he evaluated the problem, presented me with a few solutions and related costs. I felt Mike was trying to provide me a variety of reasonable options with no "sales" pressure. In the end, I'm able to use my garage door in the short-term and I expect to have a new garage door in the coming weeks.

Andrew and his trainee were awesome. Assessed my situation, discussed options with me and we made a go forward decision. Five Stars! James called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and could arrive early if it worked out and it did. Door was repaired even before my scheduled appointment window.He was very professional and showed me other issues that I had with my door and offered a plan to fix them. I chose your company after watching a short video on your website which showed all the springs that you carry on your trucks. What I didn't want was for someone to come out and then have to come back another day with the right spring. James had it all fixed in about 45 minutes. Thank You.

Great service from the initial call through the completion of the job. They were able to have a technician come out right when we called. That ended up not being perfect time for us, but they were able to come out right during the first possible time we were available. Technician called ahead, was there when he said he was going to be, and was great to work with. Very personable, professional, and he knew his stuff! Once it was determined what needed to be done, he worked quickly did an excellent job. No complaints at all, and I'd highly recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.
